Wow! - Panoramic View -- Direct Oceanfront

Our condo is a Direct Oceanfront, not an Oceanview, and it has a panoramic view of the ocean and wide sandy beach. It is located in Admirals Row, which is one of the closest villa's to the beach on Hilton Head Island. One can sit on our balcony and watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning, the beach and dolphins during the day and hear the fantastic ocean sounds during the day and night.
It is a one bedroom condo with a queen size bed, and
two bunk beds for youths, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove,microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. We have two brand new flat screen TV;s. One is in the bedroom and one is in the front room. There is also a DVD and CD player in the front room. We have free internet service. Our unit is handicap accessible with ramp and elevator. There is also 24 hour security with a security gate.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort has many assets: two swimming pools, (the largest on the island), ten lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, on site bike rentals, picnic area with grills, a playground for kids with a basketball court, a sports bar with restaurant, a pool side bar and grill and a general store.
The Island offers so much:Over 170 restaurants, 26 golf courses, (36 courses near by), great shopping (more than 500 specialty shops). One can go deep sea fishing, kayaking, sailing, Windsurfing, Hiking, Biking, Museums, Wildlife Viewing, Dolphin Cruises.

40th Wedding Anniversary Get Away

The property did not disappoint, and it was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The view from the balcony left us speechless. The property manager was very easy to workwith.

Perfect for a small family

Joe was absolutely amazing to work with. He was always readily available for any questions prior to our trip. You couldn’t beat the views of the ocean! It was perfect proximity to a lot of things around Hilton Head. We will definitely be back!

AR202 HH Beach & Tennis resort

Communication with Joe was excellent and the condo was perfect. I was by myself, so the small size of these units don't bother me; they're just right! Everything was as listed and clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't try the sofa pullout bed. The balcony was very nice with a great view. The 2nd floor is a nice compromise between a pretty good view of the beach and not having to climb more than 2 flights of stairs!! The elevator is so close that you'll be tempted to use it every time. You won't ever hear the elevator when inside the suite. The kitchen was well equipped. I am glad I brought my own vegetable steamer basket, there was none to be found, but perhaps I missed it. I also brought my own bottle opener, but on the last day I found the one and only bottle opener, it was around the corner from the kitchen, on a wall. There should be one in a kitchen drawer- on the handle of the corkscrew for example. I also wish I would have brought a small wooden or bamboo cutting board as there was only a glass one. I cooked all my own meals, so I can't comment on the local restaurants. Overall I have to give AR202 five out of five stars. Thanks Joe for the great vacation!! Weather was absolutely amazing...I've never had such great weather for a vacation. Wow! I hope to return some day!

Location, Location, Location!

This 1 bedroom villa is closest to the ocean as you can get! The balcony is perfect for early morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying a meal. The ocean waves are rolling in directly in front of you with no obstructions. The owner keeps the villa stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. He also stays in contact to make sure there are no problems and that you have everything you need. We have stayed here many times over and are always pleased.

Peaceful with great view

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Great view, peaceful, and super close to the beach. Joe was wonderful to work with and checked in with us multiple times to make sure our stay was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great condo incredible view

Joe is a great host and the condo is right on the ocean and has an incredible view. Everything is compact but very efficient and usable. This is our fifth time staying with Joe and we plan it again next year.

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island at Admiral's Row 202. The unit was perfect for us and contained just about everything you can imagine! Joe was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our trip, making sure that we had everything we needed. The location is excellent--right on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, both on the resort complex and off.

Ocean Front View

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean was breathtaking. We enjoyed the condo, the pool and the beach all week long. A plus was the elevator was located close to the room. We are looking forward to go back next year.

Wonderful beachfront room

We have absolutely zero complaints about the room and the property. The host is also very friendly. The room is perfect size for my family of 3. It has everything you need for a beach vacation and the room is so clean. Its not a huge space but it has plenty of room in the living that you don't feel cramped. All the furniture is comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony is awesome and the very short walk to the beach is awesome. This is our second year staying in the room and after finding this room last year, we didn't even shop around other places. We just booked it once we knew our vacation dates.

Coxy oceanview condo

Great condo close to the gorgeous shoreline of HHI. Condo is perfect for a couple or family up to 4. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the convenience to the beach and some of the amenities on resort property. Owner was supportive and provided clear instructions on entry, parking, and expectations for check out. Unit does not have it's own laundry, but the shared laundry is very close by and in good shape. We ran 3 or 4 loads during our stay with zero issues. Kitchen was suitable for preparing meals if a guest does not want to go out every night. This was my first trip to HHI and when I go back, this unit will be the first one I check for availability. Highly recommend. Thankful for this listing's accuracies, proximity to beach, and thoughtful owners for being catalysts in providing my girlfriend and I a memorable vacation.

Beach Vacation

We had never visited Hilton Head South Carolina. We had a great time and loved Hilton Head. Nice shops great restaurants and wasn’t over crowded. We would definitely would go back.

A beautiful piece of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Joe's ocean front condo, the view was amazing and we had all of the amenities of home!! The bed was so comfortable!! We stayed out on the deck a lot because of the view and breeze another nice amenity was having an elevator outside our room and the laundry facilities close!! Joe was an amazing host even wished us safe travels ❤️

Ocean Beauty

We've stayed in this unit numerous times, and it's always perfect! Pretty much everything you would need during a 1 or 2 week stay is at your disposal. The view can't be beat! The ocean is right out your balcony, just steps away. The owner has been replacing things as needed, and the property management keeps the exterior updated as well. So even though the building is old, it's not very obvious. We know just because we've been staying at the resort for 0ver 20 yrs. Try it. You will not be disappointed!

Judy and I live in Southern Indiana. Hilton Head Island is a one day drive from our home. In one day we can be in beautiful Hilton Head South Carolina which is one of the most creative landscaped islands in the country. Our Ocean front villa is located in Admirals Row which is one of the closest units to the ocean in Hilton Head. We can be in our front room or balcony and see and hear the Atlantic ocean and be able to be on the beach in one minute.

The first time we visited Hilton Head Island, we loved it. It is a laid back community that is very well designed with great trees and magnificent landscape through out the Island. There is so much to do with Fantastic Restaurants, shopping areas, and Awesome golf courses

Our villa is one of the closest units to he ocean in Hilton Head The view is fantastic. To sit on our Balcony and watch the sunrise in the mourning, the beach and dolphins during the day and the fantastic ocean sounds all day and night.
