Loved our stay! House very comfortable, met all expectations! Location was great for our visit. Easy access for our travels both north and south of town. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to our friends.

Great place to stay

Was an awesome place for me and my family to stay. Was super accommodating has everything that we need there. Rooms are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. This is our second time here and did not disappoint yet again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very comfortable, with a lot of livable space both indoors and out. It is well-equipped with many useful amenities: kitchen supplies and appliances, washer and dryer, TV in the living room and bedrooms, air conditioning and an excellent shower. The fencing and shrubs all around plus the ability to park a vehicle inside the back gate create a real sense of privacy. This is also an excellent property if you are travelling with a dog. Since it is completely fenced our dog could safely hang out in the large yard any time, which is a big plus.It is a short trip to the heart of Oceanside which has plenty of restaurants and a pathway along the waterfront. We also recommend Tierra Mia Coffee, which is walking distance from the property and has fantastic coffee.

Comfortable & Convenient Bungalow

The place was perfectly located near beach and restaurants and short distance to Legoland and other destinations like Carlsbad and San Diego Zoo. The place had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy coffee or drinks on outside patio. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

Had the best weekend with our dod

We wanted a rare weekend getaway in Encinitas and loved the cottage and yard for the dogs and a hammock for my husband.

Private Beach Getaway

The house is exactly like the pictures and has a full set of kitchen appliances and gadgets. It is very pet friendly, including a doggie-door in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very nice, the shower was a great feature in the bathroom. I really appreciated the safety provided by thoroughly a fenced and gated backyard. It made traveling with our 3 pups much less stressful.

Lovely little cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house is very comofortable and private but with lots of usable outdoor space. It has easy access to the 5 for getting around San Diego and is a 15 minute walk down to Oceanside beach. Thank gor your hospitality!

Great place

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Grear location for north county baseball fields. Good local food and coffee spots. Beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of added amenities including everything you need for a beach day. Would definitely stay again

Oceanside gem

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood looked a little rough upon arrival but we had no issues.

Perfect

Very nice condo, wonderful hosts. Could not ask for a better experience. Really enjoyed the private parking at the back of the condo. Will stay here again next time visiting my son stationed at Camp Pendleton.

This is a single family 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on a private, secured lot (enclosed with fencing and shrubs). A remote controlled back gate provides access to the property and parking through the alley. A bit thanks to your son for his service, and Thanks to you, Aaron, for being absolutely wonderful guests, and we look forward to hosting you again! :)

Property worked well for our two small pups with large gated backyard. Wonderful shower and nice gift of smore ingredients. Thanks to Paul making our stay pleasant.
