When we arrived a smoke alarm was beeping. We notified her immediately. She said they would be changed. It finally stopped temporarily. Then it started beeping again at 3:30 am. Messaged her again that we needed them replaced first thing Saturday morning. Finally gave up and went to buy batteries. Replaced them and sent her the receipt for reimbursement. She told us to return the batteries to the store that her maintenance man was coming later that day. We told her there was already replaced in. The packaging was thrown away. We did not need the maintenance man to come anymore. She said that the cameras and Wi-Fi were down and he was coming That afternoon and to take the batteries back to the store. We explained that we could not return used batteries to the store. When the maintenance man returned.( really just the ADT man.) he did not have batteries to replace the smoke detector batteries. And said he disabled the device so we no longer had a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide device in the kitchen with a gas stove. We were cooking all of our meals. I will update this if she refunds the 40 of batteries that we purchasedBesides that the dining room table and coffee table tops were not cleaned there were crumbs and fingerprints all over them. There were not six of everything in the kitchen or six chair chairs in the dining room for six guests. We ihad 2 spoons 4 forks and one broken coffee mug. we had to wash all of the skillets before use.
