Loved everything (well, minus two mornings of maintenance interruptions. Probably could’ve been done before our check-in). We definitely will stay here again!

Beautiful condo! Great location! Amazing patio overlooking the beach which made Beach days easier! Indoor and outdoor pool for when Bertha made hanging out on the beach difficult :)

It was great except the unexpected water incident which caused us to have blowers in the room for the entire stay and still have yet to receive any compensation for the inconvenience.

Great get away
Great property for our girls beach getaway. Not too crowded, quiet,and has two elevators.

Summer Beach vacation
We loved the view from our balcony. The condo was perfect for our party of 4. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Clean and updated
Great condo, very clean and the kitchen was great for cooking our own meals. They did a great job decorating the place as well.

Great condo!
We've stayed at Royal Palms many times. We love the location. This unit is gorgeous & looks like it has been recently updated. We especially loved the walk-in shower in the master bedroom. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need & we loved the nice size balcony with plenty of seating & lounge chairs.

Summer vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Royal Palms, which our preferred building. Unit 905 is the nicest one we have rented so far. Thanks for making our vacation such a success.

Our week at Royal Palms
We had a wonderful week at Royal Palms - the condo was Beautiful, the ocean view was fabulous. We enjoyed the restaurants that were near by and even did a little shopping. We can’t wait to book our next stay at Royal Palms. Thank you for a wonderful week with family and friends,

Great location for Hangout Fest!
We stayed in Randy’s lovely condo for Hangout Fest and had a great experience! The location is great, about a mile walk to the festival, and it’s centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed all of the amenities on property. And the view can’t be beat! 10/10 recommend!

Lovely Experience 11
Beautiful beach residence. Unit was immaculate, updated, and mattresses were very comfortable. Large balcony overlooking gorgeous beach and gulf. Close to restaurants. Will definitely want same unit next year.

Needs a king size bed in master bedroom. Master bath needs better shower head and more pressure.

This was our 3rd year staying in a condo at Royal Palms. 1st time in this particular condo. Check in process was quick and easy. Had an issue w/wifi not connecting, customer service was very responsive. WiFi connection was restored within 36-48hrs. Clean condo. Smelled good. Comfy beds and pillows. Good patio furniture. Loved the walk in shower. Checking out was easy too. Definitely recommend!

Nice
Property was nice and clean. Pool was less than desirable. A temporary parking pass for someone to ‘drop off’ something or ‘stop by’ for a moment was too expensive. Especially when parking lot was half empty. Included in what is available would be nice to know type of coffee filters were needed. There were none available like most VRBO places we have stayed.

Overall a good stay
Overall not many complaints. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is amazing , the beach is not very crowded in front of the condo, and over all amazing. We will stay here again in the future ?
A few things that were not mentioned:
They only provide 1 parking pass, if you bring more than one vehicle you have to drive to the main office 15 minutes away and pay $63 for it.
You have to provide a lot. They do not provide you with much other then the condo
All of the stores in the area do not sell the coffee filters needed for the coffee machine.

Beautiful property
Nice big deck with plenty of deck furniture. Condo nicely decorated. Kitchen was furnished with everythimg we needed if we wanted to cook. There were a couple of things they could improve on. There were no extra blankets or throws. It would also be nice if they would have coffee filters there so u didn't have to go buy them . Also I have never stayed anywhere that didn't at least have one extra roll of toilet paper under each bathroom sink. Be prepared to have to buy some essentials.. used the pool and it was very nice. Overall it was wonderful and I would stay there again

Communication with the property manager
Fire alarm detector will go off few times a day for No reason, and it’s annoying and loud. We called and texted the management and never came to fix it.
