Beautiful view. Clean and well stocked unit. The locationis ideal, being at the end of condo row before the state park. It was also nice having (2) options to walk to for a snack and a cocktail at Sea and Suds and a short walk to the pier for a snack or fishing..We will be back

We had such a wonderful time! The room was clean. Location was perfect and the shortest walk to the beach! Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view from the balconyI just recommend definitely bringing your own toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and extra trash bags! They only give you one of each. Also please note that button “P2” in the elevator goes to the 14th floor. There is no lobby. You just check in yourself with your door code. There isn’t a bathroom on the ground level so the only downside is having to go all the way back to your room to potty if you’re at the beach.

The location was great, especially for fireworks and the beach wasn’t crowded in the area. There were some issues with cleanliness such as mold in the washer, food on the floor, and trash found on the floor next to the nightstands in the bedroom. Bedroom blinds were broke and wouldn’t close. Tried to use the pool on our last day there and our code wouldn’t work.

Been at this property many times, the property and amenities are great as always. This room was on the 14th floor, great views. The elevator is very fast so convenient to get in and out. Room had all needed amenities, including a double option coffee machine. Tv option was weak, but was upgraded while we were there and now is awesome. Just a hint there is a beach leave and swap room by garage if you’re looking for a “free” beach chair floaty or umbrella

Great Place

Loved being right on the beach and the convenience of showers right at the end of walkway. Also, the indoor pool was very handy when it was raining.

Winter weather getaway

This property was everything it was advertised to be and everything we needed. It was clean, updated, homey and very welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the great views of the Gulf. We were very happy here and would love to stay here again.

Location

The location of the property was excellent! Being the last complex before the Gulf State Park is a huge perk. The condo itself was tight on space for our family of four. It worked but it is definitely smaller than I expected from the pictures.

Great Location

Was concern about the bunk beds being sufficient without a second bedroom, but they worked out great! Location was my favorite of any condo we’ve stayed in in the GS/OB area! This unit was clean and nicely decorated (light and comfortable but not that overly tacky beach decor). We will definitely try to stay here next time!

Love Gulf Shores . . . hate June grass

Family Vacay / Softball Tournament

We stayed here for a week for my daughters softball tournament plus some family vacation time. Condo was exactly was I was expecting based on listing and pictures. Location was phenomenal, we loved how much quieter the was beach here. Communication with property manager was very easy and I always got quick responses.

Lovely decor with a homey vibe

Cozy and adorable unit located at a slow paced and relaxed property. Our beach attendant was very good at checking up on us. Liquid Life agency left lots of travel sized items to make settling in a breeze and stayed in touch via text throughout our trip (in case we needed anything). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break '24

We loved the location. Only dislikes were that there were no sheets available for the pull out on the sofa and outdoor pool was not heated so we were not able to use it during our stay. We did like that there was an indoor pool as well though.

Great time.

Despite getting there and seeing cranes and work benches and cables hanging in front of our balcony, we had a great time. We made the best of it and didn’t let anything of that nature bother us.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms 1406. The condos location was perfect. The beach was not crowded and it was a short walk to Gulf State Pier. The condo was the right size for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and plenty of towels were provided. The bed was not the most comfortable but wasn’t terrible. We would stay here again if we return to Gulf Shores.
