The condo was a great location to pretty much everything on the island. It was clean and the furniture was comfortable! The rooms were a good size. Our family of 6 had no issues with space.

We loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved that we could easily walk to the beach. It was the perfect location for our two families (including 4 kids, ages 4-12). There were several games for the kids to play with, they loved the pool, and we also took advantage of the beach items in the storage shed! We would love to stay here again.

Exactly as described, easy 10-15 minute walk to Coligny Beach. Clean and spacious. Easy walk to pool with convenient toddler pool for our 3yo. Great value. Pictures accurate. Quick communication with hosts who were very responsive to any questions. Good AC. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 1 toddler. First floor bedroom was good for the seniors. Unit itself is on second floor so necessary to walk up one flight of steps to the unit. While feedback in some reviews is fair that furniture is a little dated, that didn't impact our stay at all.

Great location!

There were 7 of us, 5 being children, and the easy access to the beach and the pool within seconds of being able to walk to was amazing. John was extremely responsive and helpful with questions I had.

Family Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Hilton Head. This condo is close to the pool with views of the pond and a half mile walk to the beach! The place is clean and comfortable. It worked really well for our family!

The condo was amazing for our family of 8 the location was perfect close to everything easy walk to beach and coligny plazza the pool was fantastic check in and out was easy overall a perfect holiday location would very highly recommend

Home away from home

This condo was exactly as listed! Its was very roomy for the 6 adults who stayed. Very close to the pool which was rarely crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, super clean!

Perfect condo! Great location so close to Coligny. The pool was wonderful, we used it so much! We would've liked some extra pillows on the beds, but other than that it was 5 stars! Will book again!

Easy breezy

The property was well maintained and just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the whole family including the grandchildren. Convenient to get around town and to the beach. Loved our stay!

We had a lovely time- owners were very easy to communicate with and made sure we had all we needed

We will definitely rent this condo again. Close to beach and pool. Many extras offered from owners such as Beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, golf clubs, etc. we can't wait to return next year!

Wonderful stay!

This property was even better than described. From our balcony, overlooking the pool and courtyard, you would never know you were in a busy tourist area. Very peaceful! And the villa was very clean, well stocked, and very spacious for our 4 person family. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation

Condo is as advertised, very clean, kitchen is well equipped, pool is very clean as well. Location is great with easy access to anywhere you want to go. Communication with the homeowner was super easy. Would definitely rent this condo again. The Freemans

Favorite condo

Our family all loved this condo and agreed it’s our favorite condo we have ever rented. It was clean, well stocked with toiletries and kitchen needs. It’s also beautiful while being cozy and comfortable. Owners are very responsive. This will quite possibly be the condo we book on Hilton Head yearly. Great location.

This place was perfect! We had 7 adults and a 1 year old. We all had enough space and the facility had everything we needed. Location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach, park or shopping plaza. It was quiet and clean. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had prior to the trip. Pool is great! And the price was very reasonable in fact I thought I paid more for the week than I did just because of how nice the place was. When I checked what I had actually paid I was even more pleased with this accommodation. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

This condo suited our family of 5 perfectly! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space which was great because our children range in age from 16 to 21. Pool was very close and beach was only 1/2 mile away. We rented bikes and the kids used them a lot to peddle all over the island. Communication with owners was easy. Our only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was weak so during our one rainy afternoon, we were unable to stream any online services. Would definitely recommend!!!
