The master features a king bed with a luxury memory foam mattress and a private balcony that overlooks the serene grounds. The second bedroom includes a twin over full bunkbed and a separate twin bed—perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. A comfy queen sleeper sofa is also available in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and opens to a cozy living area that leads out to a private patio. Enjoy meals in, movie nights with FireTV and Netflix, or step out to explore local flavors. Ceiling fans, fast WiFi, and thoughtful upgrades throughout add to the comfort. Just a 3–5 minute stroll brings you to the beach.
Located in the private Cassine Gardens community, you’ll have access to two pools, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, and a stocked fishing lake. We purchased MermaidBay on 30A in early 2021 after falling in love with the Seagrove Beach area, beautiful community setting, pools, nature trails - and close proximity to the beach and walking distance to shopping, wonderful seafood markets and dining along 30A. The home has a host of recent upgrades like hardwood flooring, granite counters an upgraded kitchen and personal touches of our own with all new paint, downstairs flooring, decor, linens, towels, and more. We hope you like the touches we've added!
