Amazing place! Nice front desk management) Apartment was clean, comfortable, with cool balcony! Absolutely convenient location, bus stop right there, delicious restaurant on the first floor, a lot of cafe and stores!

The studio was great. Covered Parking included was a plus. The bar down below was loud, couldn't leave open the sliding glass door at night.

Great location at Marine Surf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location!! Close to Waikiki beach. Block from International Marketplace and Waikiki Market. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.Check in and checkout was very easy. Alii Beach Rental staff easy to communicate with and responded quickly if we had questions.Our unit had a parking space which was very convenient. Having a small kitchenette was also very convenient. Washer and dryer located on our floor easily accessible. Unit was very clean.

Marine Surf Ocean Studio on the 16th Floor Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were perfect. The location, parking, and apartment was well stocked/equipped for our stay. The place was very clean and even offered laundry at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Overall, a pretty good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good. Pros:Centrally located, reasonable good clean condition. The double Murphy bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, new pots and pans, pretty new small appliances (we only used the toaster). Included parking was appreciated. Small problem with shower temperature was dealt with immediately.Cons:Dirty grout on tile floor, especially surrounding the toilet.Some minor dents and scuff marks on walls. The condo is half a block away from a bar that plays very loud music well into the evening, this could be a problem for people who do not sleep well. Also, the neighborhood garbage trucks make a lot of noise around 5:30-6:00 AM.

Clean but could use some changes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at the Marine Surf before so decided to book again. Although this unit was clean, I felt there could be some improvements. A "normal bed" or better mattress, night stand(s) beside bed was my main concern. Would be nice to include 2 beach chairs and umbrella for renters to use like some other units. This unit faces a noisy street with loud music every night coming from a restaurant or bar so bring earplugs for when you sleep. Great parking spot though, right near the parkade entance. I will look for a different unit next year unless the bed/mattress and at least 1 nightstand is included/upgraded. If that is done, I will definitely re-book!
