2 Bedroom 1 Bath Home located ONE HOME FROM THE SAND on 65th St. This conveniently located upper-level home comes with garage parking, a fully equipped kitchen, Views of the beach from Balcony/Deck, BBQ, and more!

Our home includes a Smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Free shared laundry machines, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc.

Our home is one of two units in a two-unit building.

Our home is located on the 2nd floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), a Balcony/Deck with BBQ and dining table, as well as private laundry located in the garage.

HOME LOCATION:

For those of you looking to enjoy a QUIET Vacation with your family, you have found the right place.

West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddleboards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.

The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. There's nothing you won't find within a few minutes of home.

For those of you looking to SHOP, the shops at Fashion Island are only a quick 10-minute Taxi Ride by Corona Del Mar, a great area to stop and have Dinner.


IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

PETS

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Balcony Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, stairs will be required to access the bedroom sleeping area.
- You are provided 1 Garage Parking Spot. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
- Fireplace is not functional
-This unit has a free - shared washer/dryer located in the garage

Ok stay

The location next to the beach is great but it also faces Pacific Coast Highway which is quite noisy. The house has good character but is worn. Only one bathroom was a challenge. Appreciated the garage parking space since parking is always sparse on that street.

Best location, cute beach apt.

Great location near beach and coffee, Marie, restaurants. Good communication with property managers. Apt is light and bright. Very nice to have garage. Good value for the area.
