-Perfect for young families (pack + play with mattress and bedding, sound machine, toys, and books provided)

-Quiet neighborhood near Cape Coral public beach and local restaurants

-Cape Coral is located near many beautiful beaches including Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Bonita.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home except for two locked storage closets in the garage.
Other things to note
-The pool heater is set to 83degrees, however, if the air temperature drops below 70 degrees the 85 degree temp may not be maintained. We can’t guarantee an 85 degree pool.

-We have security cameras located on the exterior of the property and one in the garage.

-You must be 25 years old to book a stay in our home.

-No parties or pets allowed on the property.
