Spacious 850 sq ft Townhouse in the heart of HB. less than a mile to downtown and the beach. Located in a peaceful neighborhood just north of Main street. Perfect for those who want to stay by the ocean and close to everything! Any amenities you need located within a mile. Fully voice activated house!

Sleep Tight!
1 large bedroom w a King size bed. A queen size air mattress. A pull out couch that is suitable for kids. We also supply a portable crib and highchair for the babies!

The space
Our spot has got a Art Deco / Mid Century Modern / NY Loft feel to it. 50" inch Tv with full cable and high speed internet. Kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. A nice desk for those who choose to work on Vacation. Air-conditioned bedroom. A fully voice activated alexa home.

Bedroom is 20' x 14' and the living room 23' x 14' has plenty of room to coexist with your vacation partners.

a brand new 5 burner BBQ and all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip if we don't have something just ask and we will do our best to provide you with the best stay possible!

Work trip

The property is in an excellent location for Huntington Beach, within easy walking distance of downtown. The property was as described. The host was excellent in every way to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions.

Home from Home

Wally host super guy. Easy walk to downtown and Huntington Beach and Peir. Had everything and more we needed for our stay. Loved voice activation for lights on/off, want for home. Would definitely recommend .

Very Nice Stay!

The accommodation is exactly as advertised. It is walkable to beach and Main Street. The unit is well stocked with everything you will need. I would recommend this property for a couple with/without a child. The second sleeping area is on a couch that is a bit like a futon. We didn’t need it for sleeping but it was comfortable to watch TV. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Wally for your hospitality and prompt communication.

Huntington Beach Anniversary

Property is a quaint back half of a duplex in aquiet neighborhood. Parkimg was right out front. The king size bed is always a must for our 6 foot + heights. All rooms are spacious

The Will Family Trip

This was a great little corner of Huntington we love and would return to. The house had everything we needed and the property owner (Wally) was always available for questions. The neighborhood is safe, clean and walking distance to the beach. Food, shops and bike rentals are also in the neighborhood. Our 18 month old had a place to play and keep busy. Thanks Wally!

What a great place to hang in Huntington Beach!

Great property, great location

I booked this for a visit with friends in Huntington Beach with my mom, sister and 2 non shedding pups (~40lbs total). Wally is a great host. Big pluses - no chores needed upon departure and the toilet paper is nice. (No one likes hotels or rentals with 1 ply TP, let’s be honest). Property is clean and as described and shown in photos. Easy check in and extra blankets, bedding and towels easily found. Great communication and reply. Area is a nice stroll to Pacific city (small mall with restaurants) right on the beach and a equally nice stroll to Main Street in HB. Quiet neighborhood and pricing was great given the area. Overall I would not hesitate to book this property if you’re looking. And I will def keep it on my short list for this area!

I didn’t want to leave

I had the best time on this trip! Location makes it easy to enjoy beach every day and host was so nice! I appreciated the decor, soft sheets, beach towels and beach chair provided and loved the shower and washer and dryer. Very comfortable stay. I’m already planning on coming back.

My parents moved to Boston from Argentina in the mid 60s. I was born in the North End in Boston in the 70s. My family moved to Huntington Beach in 1980 when I was 6 years old.

I am a easy going guy and socially liberal. I love to eat and a bit of a foodie so ask me for some food recommendations and I can let you know where to go!
