Great place! Everything was well equipped and clean! Hostess was very responsive. Really cute place very well appointed with decor representing the area. Great rooftop area view of the mountains. We will stay there again!

The property was wonderful. Clean house perfect layout for 2 couples. House has everything needed very quiet area easy to get around. Host was very good great communication. The house is decorated very nice

Perfect place for a special weekend

Beautiful view, lovely home and excellent location for a weekend visit with family.Great for golf lovers as the putting green on site is wonderful for practice, and being right on the course is great to watch other golfers fine time their craft

Great Base for Exploring Southern New Mexico

Nice property in great location. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if in area. Mattress in Master is firm and high (step stool provided) if that is important to you

The home was beautiful and the location was a welcomed break from being in the busier part of town. It is a very peaceful area and there were sufficient access to stores if needed. It is a great space for adults to enjoy. There were slight issues with cleanliness, but our host responded quickly to our concerns.

Picacho Hills Townhome

A very nice home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The roof top deck is great for sunrises and sunset! Melissa was very helpful - highly recommend!

Cute simple, safe 2bdrm

Enjoyed our time. Clean on the inside (outside very dusty needs cleaned to be able to be enjoyed). Could be updated; simple can be underrated at times. Safe, pretty, quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Thank you

The townhouse photographs well and the area is pretty. The listing showed garage parking available but that was incorrect and we made the host aware of it. She corrected the listing for future guests. They need to make a check in-check out sheet with house rules and leave on the table. The master bedroom has a extremely high furniture base with storage which makes the mattress very high even for someone over 6' tall. They have a stool but for older people that is just dangerous so we opted to sleep in the 2nd bedroom. It has the. worst mattress I have ever slept on in the last 30 years. It creaks when you sit on it and sinks in the middle so you and your spouse collide in the middle. It needs to be put on the curb! The living room couches are ok for short people but miserable to sit on if you are tall. I would put those pieces to the curb with the mattress! When we arrived it was over 100 degrees outside and the AC was set on 80 so it was hot and musty when we came in.

Great location

I grew up in the Mesilla Valley, NM. The house we rented is in the exclusive Picacho Hills Country Club subdivision overlooking the valley. Thoroughly enjoyed my morning walks in the neighborhood and the spectacular views of the Organ Mountains. Extremely quiet neighborhood yet minutes away from Old Mesilla and Las Cruces.

Nice location

Too get a better overall rating … Mattress in guest bedroom should be replaced. Folds up with two bodies. Initial impression left something to be desired. Garage door needs painting or cleaning. The screens as you enter are torn and need replacing. No coffee pot was provided. Greatly appreciated the condiments that were provided.

Very spacious with nice views

Very nice townhouse. Southwest decor with Saltillo tiles throughout. Perfect for 4 adults. Wish we could have spent more time on the property. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and pods, except for some basic condiments like sugar. No refrigerated condiments available. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Master bed was quite tall even for me and I’m 5’10”. Small foot stool available for accessibility. Favorite part was the Roof top deck overlooks the Organ mountains. Very Quiet, peaceful location. Hope to stay here again next time I’m in town. Melissa was very attentive to my questions. Very pleasant stay.

The VRBO was very clean. All the amenities and then some. It was a wonderful stay. The host was very attentive. The property matched the pics and description to a tee. The neighborhood was very beautiful, quiet and friendly. It's a two bedroom. Large living room. The rooftop and spectacular view of the Organ Mtns was a fabulous bonus. The drive from west to east on Picachio ave is not as pretty but it's not bad.
