**Chic and Stylish 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Townhome. Welcome to your home away from home! This completely renovated and updated townhome is perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay.
Key Features:
-Sleeping Arrangements:2 bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests.
-Modern Amenities:*Enjoy 3 smart TVs with WiFi/internet access, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private enclosed patio.
- Convenient Location: Situated close to the airport, shopping centers, downtown, beaches, tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. This property is located near a train.
- Parking: Assigned parking available. Space near door is extremely tight but additional assigned spacious space is available. Please note that trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos, and RVs are not allowed on the premises.
House Rules:
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am quiet time inside and outside the unit.
- No Pets or Parties: Pets, parties, and gatherings are not allowed. A $200 per pet fine will apply if a pet is found in the unit, plus any additional damages and cleaning costs. Unregistered guests are not allowed on property. This property is located near a train track.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

Everything was great! The only thing is instead of there being a king and queen size bed. It is a king and a full size bed.

Sisters Getaway

This place was the perfect location for our trip. We had set aside time to visit some plantations, a friend on John’s Island, and of course, downtown Charleston. Very convenient. Super comfy and clean.

Cozy Spot

Absolutely adorable spot near convenient shopping centers. The home was recently renovated and is decorated beautifully. The beds were VERY comfortable and the entire space was clean. The townhome is in a quiet neighborhood and a short 20min drive to Downtown. Highly recommend, will definitely come back!

Didn’t state how extremely terrible the parking is, also the train tracks and train (many trains per day) are literally RIGHT behind the property. When asked for bedding for the sofa bed was told that is no longer available, when it states it on the property details page. Toilet tissue was 1.5 rolls for 2 toilets for a 5 day stay. We had to run and purchase toilet paper.

Hi Linda. I’m sorry your stay was not as expected. The property description and reviews state that it is located near a train. Parking unfortunately is tight but your check in info gives instructions on an additional parking space.

Perfectly adequate townhome, described as it is. Minimally stocked--not a place to cook a big family meal--but enough to get by. Beds were super soft which I found very comfortable.Host was easily reachable. A frequent, loud, house-rumbling train runs directly behind, maybe 50 ft away. It did not bother my husband or me in the least but my 18yo daughter found it hard to sleep. The one thing that I found very highly objectionable was the black linens. Even though everything did appear clean, I could not help but wonder if they washed the comforter--anxiety about this kept me awake the first night. Photos in listing have white linens. I would not have chosen this place based on the black linens. I bought myself a blanket from Walmart so I could sleep peacefully. Maybe that's just me. My husband was not bothered. I would book here again for reasonable cost, cute decor, and convenience to airport area--but would bring my own bed cover again.

Girls Concert Trip

Clean and beautifully decorated townhouse in community. Unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Close to railroad tracks but we enjoyed watching the train go by from the cute little screened in porch. I would definitely stay again!

Watching the train

We loved our little bungalow. The train went by regularly all day and night but we embraced the experience. It was about 300 feet away so we counted the cars and turned the chairs to watch it. I personally totally enjoyed the screened in porch. I felt like I was in the jungle.

Too far out of town

Condo is quite adequate inside. However, property on outside needed work. Parking situation was challenging. They gave us 2 parking spots, but both were occupied - had to find others. Condo location was in a residential area of North Charleston - not near any restaurants/grocery stores to get to without car. Charleston was 10 miles away! Location was disappointing.

The condo was next to train tracks. Trains came through frequently. The designated parking space was under a tree. Tree sap got all over our car. I went through the car wash twice and it still had this residue all over the car. I had to purchase some chemicals from Auto Zone to remove the tree sap.

Not a good place to stay

I didn't feel safe. The beds are very uncomfortable. The kitchens renovations were poorly done. It was extremely hot up stairs to sleep and very cold down stairs. No personal touches, like a couple pillows / throw blankets on couch. The place had an odder. The parking situation was out of control. This place should not be a short term rental.

Cute, Clean and Convenient

Cute and clean condo/townhome, looks newly renovated. Convenient location to lots of stores and chain style restaurants. You can hear some road traffic and a train in the morning. This wasn’t bothersome to me but if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in late uninterrupted it might be an issue. Parking could be an challenge with a large vehicle but our small rental was just fine. The back patio is cute, we didn’t get to enjoy it much but a cup of coffee or dessert on the patio would be perfect. The owner left us bottled water, coffee and a bottle of wine. Very nice, thank you!!

Family trip

Great location as it was pretty close to so many different things. We came to visit my Navy son and was there for a week. Trains went by all day and night but my son enjoyed that. Place was clean except a couple bugs that we found during our stay. My son loved catching the tiny frogs all over the property as a small stream was right next to it. My son also lived seeing the planes for by. Would recommend it. The parking isn't bad if you park in the spare spot. The space by the house was not usable with others parked there. That was the only down fall to the place. The beds were comfortable. I will use this place again in the future if needed. We mainly just slept there as we were gone most of the day everyday. But it was a nice property.

plantation weekend

The property is listed as a townhouse. It is in fact the end-unit of a very large older apartment complex. It isn't a place that we would consider a vacation rental. When we left on Saturday morning for a day in Charleston a dog was running around the parking lot, there are toys and bikes throughout the parking area and it could use a good cleaning. The inside of the apartment is clean except for the floors which made my husbands white socks black. On saturday night when we left for dinner at 8:30 there were a group of guys haning out in the parking lot drinking beers . The parking space given for this unit is NOT big enough for anything bigger that a small car ! Overall we would not stay there again.

Our host answered our messages within a timely manner and was so nice to work with. everything was super clean and very nice. parking is VERY VERY tight so don’t drive anything to big. all in all, 10/10 stay!

The location was dirty and the this was what appeared to be the only renovated unit at the condos. There was hair all over the sink. As stated in description, there is a train track near by but the passing trains rocked the entire unit and literally vibrated the counters. The parking was limited and my wife did not feel safe there. We left after checking in and booked a hotel.
