It was very clean, completely furnished with all the basic kitchen stuff you would need. The location was perfect for us and 1/2 mile walk to the downtown Traverse City shopping. We had a great time!

I loved the location! Could walk or bike to everything. Beautiful place. Love the decor. Had everything we needed. Close to beach and bike paths. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Riley is a truly fantastic host! Condo is beautiful and well equipped. We also love the fact that this condo has an elevator, very helpful for luggage and groceries! Icing on the cake? Easiest, most carefree checkout ever. Thank you! We will be back!

New condo, walking distance to downtown

This 3rd floor condo is new and close to downtown Traverse City. It generally worked OK and the price was good. Communication with the rental agency was very good. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work at all during my 5 day stay. The furnishings look nice, but are not sturdy and weren't very comfortable. Given there is no dining table, the tiny metal kitchen island stools should be upgraded to something you can actually sit on. The parking lot is very tight - even for my mid-size SUV. A pick-up parked next to me one night and I had to do a multi-point turn to get out from beside it. I parked on the street after that, but in winter that won't be an option. Overall, a good place to stay but not great.

Location .. excellent Cleanliness … excellent Super easy check in check out Well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels etc it has everything you could possibly need . The only negative thing was the bed and bedding. Metal frame bed makes noise any time you move and bed pillows are rock hard . We brought our own pillows so wasn’t an issue ( we learned from last year ) But otherwise everything was excellent !!Will definitely return again .
