Great Vacation at Legacy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful stay at Tide Lines. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. The balcony overlooked the beach and ocean so that the sound of the waves rolling in was so relaxing! Having chairs and umbrellas placed on the beach everyday made it so much easier than carrying them ourselves. The management team was very attentive to our needs and stayed in touch to make sure we had what we needed. We look forward to coming again hopefully next summer.

Great Stay

This is a great property…spacious, well appointed, clean and right on the beach. Enjoyed by everyone from my 82 year old mother to her one-year great-granddaughter!

Relaxing family vacation!

Excellent location, comfortable accommodations

We had a great vacation here. Loved the condo and location. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were generous. It was all lovely!

Senior Trip

Property was really clean and beautiful. Easy to get around anywhere on Rosemary Beach. Great sidewalks for walking and easy access to pool and beach. Loved our trip.

Fantastic Beach Front Getaway

I highly recommend this ocean front condo. It was perfect for a family reunion with spacious bedrooms and three full baths. It has one of the best views around and was very clean with tasteful decor. We hope to come back!

Amazing views and perfect location

I have been going to Seagrove for almost 20 years and this was the best place to stay in and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The views were fabulous and the kids could bike to Seaside easily. The week went by way too fast and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful View

Condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! Our family of five plus two friends had an amazing week! The beach was perfect and right outside! Property Management was great.

great stay!

Loved the property, location was great. Glad the construction next door was not too loud. Was unaware a new property was being built. Sad to loose the sunset view to it but so close to the beach and amenities it gave us just what we were looking for. Love to revisit again.

The gulf views off the balcony were not lost or impacted at all. There is a window further into the condo (King Bedroom) that the new condo next door took away partial views. But the bed sits in front of that window so you'd have to stand on the bed to have realized there was a view through that window to begin with. This is not an issue. Also, the construction ended months ago (2018).

Convenient, great view, nice furnishings

This condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach was easy to access and the property was easy to manage. Best part of course was the view. We would very much enjoy returning.

Property was as described. Beatitful view and easy bike ride/walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We had a few lilttle hiccups at start with the coffee maker and AC unit but they quickly got it resolved. I would recommend packing some supplies like coffee filters, salt/pepper etc as there is none of this in the unit; however there are plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. We would definitely rent here again .

lovely condo with great beach access

The view! This condo has a wonderful view, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The condo was clean, recently redone, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The location is a mile from Seaside. It's too bad the master is excessively large compared to the other bedrooms but other than that, this a perfect find for two families to share. We loved it!

Excellent Condo for a great getaway!

Very fast and thorough communication with the property manager. The location was perfect. Within short bike trip to Seaside and Watercolor. Several good restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for our family of 9. The views from the spacious balcony are breathtaking. We loved our family vacation here and would definitely book again. Highly recommend this property! Thank you!!!

Perfect Stay on 30A!

We have rented all sorts of VRBO properties on 30A..changing depending on the group and time of year. Our stay at this condo rates as one of the best! From the location, to the amenities, to the excellent communication with the management...and more. We loved this property and plan to make it an annual girls trip!! Kinda hate to share this! Going to be harder to book next year!
