Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. "Reel Simple" is a 2 bedroom/2-bathroom mobile home. This mobile home is located in Eastpoint, Florida on the Forgotten Coast. We are minutes away from the beach on St. George Island or shopping in Apalachicola. Or, just enjoy relaxing on the hammock in the large screened in porch. Located one block from Hwy 98. Why pay high prices staying on the island when you can stay just minutes away for far less?

Perfect location

Everything was as described. Very cozy and clean. The yard is perfect for the pups. We will be back!

Outside Looks Can Be Deceiving

This is a great place. Doesn’t look like much when you first see it but the accommodations were outstanding. Wonderful look, feel, with all the creature comforts you could ask for. Also a great location close to the gulf water and St George Island beaches and fun beachside restaurants. Our host Chris provided excellent checking communication.

Close to the beach and very affordable

My stay included my 2 dogs. We all loved it! The fenced yard is perfect as it allowed them to play and be safe. The house has everything I needed for a relaxing vacation and getting to St George Island beach is just a short drive. I can see myself staying here again.

Reel nice place!

The 3 of us did fishing trip. REEL SIMPLE is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a nice place for a fishing trip in the area. Plenty of room for the big boat/trailer. Huge screened patio to chill. Ac keep home/rooms nice and cold after a long day in the sun. And the price was budget friendly!!! Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

A nice place

We enjoyed our stay here and will book again. A nice place to stay and pet friendly. It was great to have beach chairs, cooler and a beach umbrella provided.

Amazing property !!

Me and my family had a wondedul one day stay. Very affordable and we were so impressed with the cleanliness as well as the up keep and the beauty of the house . In a great location and so close to everything. My kids absolutely loved the beach decor and how nice everything was. We LOVED our stay and look forward to staying again !! Ammenities were GREAT, way better than any hotel. It felt like home.

Just came to get out on the water for a few days. A beautiful change of scenery and time to relax and fish on the kayaks. Comfy place to relax and rest after a busy day.

Perfect Getaway Place

Such a nice, well-appointed, and well-equipped home; perfect for us and our two small dogies. Wonderful decorative touches, and comfortable furniture. Loved the king bed and bedding. So few places offer a king and it is always one of our deciding factors. Frnced in yard was also perfect for us. My only suggestion would be to put a grab bar in the master bath. It was quite slippery, and having fallen in the tub once before, to disastrous effect, it was a bit scary for me. Thank you, Chris, for an all too brief but wonderful stay!

We especially liked the screen porch. The home is decorated with a lot of attention to detail. A nice spot for visiting ST George Island and nearby some fun towns.

This was a wonderful stay. So much better than I expected!! Property well stocked and extremely clean. The special touches they have setup for the fur babies are just down right 😋 sweet. Look forward to visiting again for a longer stay. Thank you so much Sid n Neil

Clean, Clean, Clean!!!!!!!

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and quite. We only had one car but their is a ton of space. When I come back next year for business I will be staying again. The screened porch was relaxing and the gas fire pit out front was the perfect touch. Two of us were comfortable for the 3 days.

Seafood festival weekend

We stayed here Saturday night after attending the festival in Apalachicola and the home was cozy and inviting. Nicely appointed and comfy beds and bedding. It was great to have a “home” to wake up to, instead of a hotel room. Nice having a cup of coffee on the screened porch. We will be back!

Birthday Jaunt

Simple overnight birthday trip. The house was perfect for us. Had more than we needed. Was comfortable, had games to play. We got one of Chris' Key Lime Pies which became my birthday cake. She hung up a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" sign for me. Thoroughly Delightful!

Reel Simple is a very special place once owned by my parents when they first moved to the area. We live on the property on Highway 98 behind Reel Simple and are always available for your needs.
