Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Accommodations for up to 7 guests in this 3 bedroom 2 full bath layout. Two large bedrooms with king size beds and a smaller room with bunk beds. Hear the crash of the ocean and enjoy awesome views from multiple decks in this BeachFront beauty! This gorgeous home is pet and family friendly. (Up to 2 pets are allowed at an additional small fee.). Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk or drive right out on the sand..

Updated and comfy place with stunning unobstructed views. Unforgettable vacation awaits! Large deck off the living with nice deck chairs and picnic table for outdoor eating.
Guest access
Whole condo is for your use. A public walkover is right next to this end unit condo, so literally just a walkover and u are toes in the sand!
Other things to note
Bring Bottled Water to drink as all of Surfside has bad drinking water in my opinion.

Great location with boardwalk to beach. Clean and newer appliances. Recommendation to update maintenance on carport, chairs and deck. Also consider providing a beach umbrella.

Great Stay

My husband and two friends just finished our time here. We had a wonderful stay. The property was spacious, clean, accessible and with an unmatched beach view. We highly recommend staying here!

This property’s description is accurate except for the mention of a dining table. There is only a kitchen Island - with 4 Bar Stools that surround it. We were 3 adults and two teens which had one of us standing for dinners and breakfasts. Otherwise- the Unit was complete -with updates in kitchen and living area- bedrooms are small but adequate and beds are comfortable. A/C worked great and access to the beach was another plus. Shower had hot water and balcony off living area had 4 tall beach chairs!Kate and Tony and family

Location was perfect, beds were comfortable, place was well stocked with beach chairs, towels, dishes, etc. I am only docking a star due to some non-communicated concerns. The bunkbed ladder was missing and a step stool was set up - it wasn't super safe though. The floor boards were also coming up in many places and stubbed a few toes during our stay. If we had gotten a heads up we would have been fine.

Perfect Beach Retreat

We had an amazing time. I could let my older kids go swim/play on the beach and watch them from the house. At night we slept with the doors to the outside open and listened to the waves and felt the ocean breeze as we slept

Wonderful Experience!

On the Beach! Grab your beach chairs and you are on the beach in 60 seconds. The Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The Grill was very nice too! Everything was clean and check-in was easy and simple. The host was helpful and accommodating. You are walking distance to most of the restaurants on the island. I have a second trip already planned!

Weekend Retreat

Great location steps from the beach. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again at this location great views and back deck overlooking the beach!!

Fishing trip

The place was great. Nice view of gulf, very clean and decorated nicely. It was easy access to beach, restaurants, and fishing spots. Owner was great also wish I wldve booked more nights!

Pros and Cons

Pros - The property was well situated on the beach. Access to the beach was great. The property was clean. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Air conditioners worked well. Property is well furnished. The backyard on the beach side was mowed and maintained. Cons - There was a strong mildew smell on the second floor where the bedrooms were located. My wife slept downstairs on the couch because of the smell. I know this is a beachfront property, and it is probably difficult to prevent moisture from building up inside the unit. However, the smell on the top level was disappointing. I will say that we talked with people staying in other adjacent units, and they expressed the same concerns. One guest frequently stays at the location, and they said this was the first time they encountered a mildew smell in their unit (located a couple down from us but in the same complex--I think managed by a different owner). So, it may be a common occurrence in the area.Property could use a few updates, such as repairing sliding doors, but overall, no big issues.Also, as with any properties close to the beach, be aware that you might encounter snakes. One crossed through our carport, headed in the direction of the beach. However, this is not unusual for any property along the beachfront.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach

This is a perfect spot to swim, fish and relax. Customer service is top notch. Right on the beach and you can watch your family on the beach from anywhere in the house.

We had the beach to ourselves!

We wanted to get away from work and life…..this fit the bill! The location is perfect beach front. We had the beach to ourselves almost everyday. There are some details that could be addressed (cleaning, leaking ac, shower drain), but we didn’t let it bother us. Overall, cute place! Thank you for sharing your home with us. For a family that lives in a land locked State, this filled the “ocean” vacation request.

Double booked, left stranded

The property was doubled booked, there were other people checked in when I arrived. Was not given any compensation for driving across the state to get here Left without any accommodations All I got was a refund and a “sorry”

#1 Stay on Texas Coast!

This beach house was EXACTLY what we wanted! Our military lifestyle means short notice trips whenever we can nab them. With only one day to plan, I never thought we’d find our vacation unicorn: room for all 6 of us to have beds, modern accommodations, front row beach view, pet friendly, and a walkover right outside our door. It was perfect! My 8 year old beach-going connoisseur said it was her favorite house yet. My favorite parts: the master bed is crazy comfy, the washer/dryer in room, two fully stocked showers (a first for us!), a hose to spray everything down before tromping inside, and the view of the sunrise from the back porch in the mornings. Least favorite things: the mosquitoes. Yikes! Has nothing to do with the property, but just know to bring your bug spray and you’ll be fine when the bay wind blows in. Also note: the owners have done a wonderful job stocking bathrooms with plenty of towels (for indoor use), toiletries, toilet paper, and the kitchen with its basics. The bonus of games and books in the living room was great for screen free fun while we whipped up meals. Alan was VERY responsive with all communication. We can’t wait to get back here ASAP!
