Super cute setup with very easy check in and great communication with Monica. It was thoughtfully decorated and she was very flexible with my arrival time. Nice being right across the street from a beach and having easy parking. The kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated there were items like sunscreen, beach chairs, towels, laundry detergent, etc. I did not use the pool. Would definitely recommend.

The unit was immaculate, not just clean. Lots of great little touches, the nightlight, every kitchenware you could ever need, SMart TV, great location. Dont hesitate to enjoy this perfect location

The place was perfect for what we were needing for our short visit! The host was great and responded quickly. It was easy to get in and very quiet. It looks exactly like the pictures. We would definitely come back if we come back to that area.

Such a nicely remodeled 1 bedroom! Immaculately clean, absolutely 0 complaints. The instructions were laid out perfectly. It was easy to find, close to the beach, and great restaurants. Communication was so speedy with no confusion. We would happily stay again. Great job!

Very clean room. Fixtures, layout, and theme were wonderful. Plenty of appliances, towels, cups, etc. Coffee station was stocked. Closet was full of amenities for the beach including a wagon. Property is well taken care of. Public park and beach ramp directly across the street. Beautiful sunrise views.

Me and my husband both had a wonderful stay! The room was very private. It was so quiet. It came spotless. The amenities were great. Everything we needed was in the room, dishes, towels, plates, bowls, soaps, even beach stuff! There were lovely local fair up and down the boulevard from the room. Although some restaurants did need advance reservations, they were well worth the effort because the food was excellent and the variety was great! Also, we can’t forget that for a small hidden gem, the little plat has something for everyone to do within a short drive. Her place is the perfect distance away from everything. And the beach, it was just right across the street from the room, the view from the room was great and the beach was just a little walk across the street, which made it very accessible, and in a perfect place. Yup, it was a perfect stay for us! The Host Monica was perfect. She responded immediately to all of my questions and she always was available. She answered everything quickly. She was more than helpful with anything that I needed. I would give her a 20 out of 10 and the room a 20 out of 10, if it were available, and definitely both were worth more than five stars, but I will definitely give both Monica & the room five stars.

This condo is absolutely perfect and affordable!!! Was super clean and being a licensed professional cleaner there are things I’m always looking for in rooms!! I honestly found nothing! They have a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook anything you want! They also supply you with beach towels chairs a cooler, wagon and a few other things so you can take it to the beach which is directly across the street!! Top floor balcony view of the water is amazing and if you can handle the Florida heat they are in walking distance of so many great food spots! Also have a laundry room located on the property which was a huge plus. One other thing I loved was the note book they kept in the room for guests! To log their stay tell about favorite places so the next guest can read it and get ideas truly amazing room when I plan my next trip I don’t think I’ll ever look for a different place to stay I will always return to this condo if it’s available!!!

Salty surfers studio went beyond my expectations. It’s beautifully appointed with everything you want or need for your holiday. Monica responded pretty much immediately to all queries. The studio is spotless. The bed was so comfortable. We had amazing sleep For people who like to unwind with a bit of tv in the evening. It was extremely easy to navigate with your own apps. A stones throw from an absolutely stunning beach which for a price you can take your car on. So convenient. The studio itself was a great price. My friend and I were very happy with our stay Kim and Ladonna
