Crane Cove: Keuka Lake home with private beach, close to marina
Crane Cove is the quiet retreat on Keuka Lake that you have been yearning for. This cottage is located on Keuka's East Bluff, tucked away in an opening in the trees on a small cove, with plenty of lakefront for enjoying all that the lake has to offer.
Crane Cove comes with a main house which includes the 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bathrooms. There is a secondary smaller cottage, The Nest, just across the yard with it's own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, making this an ideal property for a multi-generational family group.
Walking down the gravel stairway from the paved parking area (suitable parking for 5 cars), you'll walk into the main entry for the home. The main living area/ dining room have a vaulted ceiling with windows overlooking the water. The dining room comfortably seats 10, flowing in to the living room with comfortable seating, tv, and a door that walks out onto the side patio with outdoor dining set.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware and has a large kitchen island with bar stools as well as a lovely window seat tucked under the windows overlooking Keuka lake.
Follow the hallway behind the kitchen to the main floor bath and laundry area and on back to the main floor bedroom at the end of the hallway. This bedroom has a Queen size bed.
Upstairs you'll find a loft area with lounge furniture, a tv, and the twin/king Trundle bed. The Trundle bed can be used as 2 solitary twin beds or converted to a King size bed. The loft has a lovely view of the lake through the windows as well.
Making a left at the top of the stairs, the second floor bathroom is situated between the two upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed also, with a window overlooking the lake below.
The front porch at Crane Cove is just lovely, several rocking chairs to relax in while watching the water lapping the shoreline. There is a firepit on the side yard for enjoying evening fires by the lake.
On the opposite side of the house is a large yard area between the main house and The Nest. This yard area is perfect for yard games. The yard gently slopes to the pebble beach area on the lake and the large seasonal dock. The beach area is great for wading and swimming, and there are 2 kayaks and a canoe available for guests to use if they choose. The dock is seasonal and should not be used to tie a boat for any length of time. We recommend utilizing the marina next door if you intend to bring your own boat or rent one during your stay.
The Nest is the small secondary cottage located on the same property, on the other side of the fence, and has it's own set of stairs to the parking area. The Nest sleeps 2 more people and has a Double bed, a full bath with a shower and a full kitchen, along with a main living space containing a couch, small dining table and tv.

**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**ABSOLUTELY NO pets or animals allowed at any time. Any guest found to be in violation of our pet policy will be asked to leave and/or charged an additional cleaning fee.
**NO PARTIES allowed at any time.
**Smoking prohibited
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 10 guests allowed, additional guests will be asked to leave.
**Parking for 5 vehicles only.

This home has a seasonal dock which is not available for use from October to Mid-May. Seasonal docks are made for loading/offloading passengers only and cannot be used to secure watercraft overnight or for any length of time.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
**Seasonal amenities: kayaks and some outdoor furniture are available seasonally and is often available for use from mid-May to October
