Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I double checked and we do not state anywhere in the listing that we provide toiletries. We do however leave a small bottle of shampoo, small bar of soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We will provide the owner with the feedback about a stock pot. Regarding the mattresses, we have discovered there is no 'perfect' mattress to suit everyone. One persons too soft is another persons just right. Thanks again for the review! The message about beach gear rentals came from Vayklife, which is the beach gear credit service we advertise in our listing as a perk for our guests. We're sorry that came across as unwanted marketing rather than a benefit. As for the condo itself, we appreciate the honest feedback. We do want to mention that we make every effort to represent our properties as accurately as possible so that guests can make a fully informed decision before booking. The structural column is visible in our listing photos and we're sorry if it was easy to miss. We never try to hide anything about our properties and genuinely want guests to know what they're booking.
