This beautifully remodeled home is all about water! It is located directly across the street from the ocean with unobstructed views of the water from the partially shaded front deck, complete with furniture to enjoy the ocean breeze over your morning coffee. The large sunny back deck overlooks the canal and your own private boat dock. A large pool is provided for your enjoyment. Imagine your family laughing and splashing in the cool water. In the evenings, enjoy a gorgeous sunset from the warm bubbles of the hot tub, perhaps with your favorite beverage in hand.

The living area has ocean-side deck access and a large wide-screen TV in front of a wraparound sofa. WiFi is provided for those who just can't leave their toys at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless appliances and has everything needed for the family chef to create the family's favorite meals and snacks. A large laundry room is tucked away in the corner. Two bedrooms have an ocean view and deck access. One of the bedrooms has a private bath. The rear waterfront bedroom also has its own private bath. This bedroom has great Intracoastal Waterway and canal views.

On the ground level, there is parking available both under and beside the house for several cars, plus there is an enclosed outside shower for rinsing away the sand before entering the house. Beach accesses are just steps away from the driveway in both directions. Bring your boat and your surfboard to enjoy your beach vacation any way you look!

The private pool is typically open from April through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
