We stayed for our college reunion. It was such a perfect place to stay. So clean and all the necessary amenities. Would stay again.

Excellent stay. Very clean and a great location right on the Watauga. The host was fast to respond when more fire wood was needed. Would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful vacation rental with a beautiful view. The owner was super friendly. This place was exceptionally clean. I will definitely be coming back. We was here for a wedding in Johnson City. Thank you so much for everything!!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Beautiful property sitting out on patio listening to the river is so relaxing highly recommend if you need some peace and quiet host is very attentive

Amazing place

We loved it! It was perfect for a girls trip and the house was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The river was so relaxing and the fire pit and swings were a huge bonus. Definitely be back!!!

Graduation getaway

It was very clean , great location , great view , great yard with swings and fire pit . The covered patio made it so that even in a downpour we could enjoy the outside space . Everything we needed was right there .

Beautiful sight

We really enjoyed our stay. What a beautiful location and the unit was completely refurbished After the flood. Mark and crew did an amazing job in getting the unit ready for our requested stay of 5 nights. Mark was readily available to answer all of our questions in a very timely manner.

Great location not far from Lovers Lane Boat ramp, great views of river ( you can fish this stretch right out the back) and overall very nice and near new. Well stocked and photos do not show new artwork.

This place is beautiful, very well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. The owner is extremely friendly. Having the river as your back yard is picturesque. Had a fire in the pit and even did a bit of fishing. We will be back.

Super Clean and Comfortable

This property looks brand new. It was extraordinarily clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need - including firewood and fishing rods! We had four adults in our party and the place was very comfortable. One thing to note, the bed in the primary bedroom is VERY tall and may be a challenge for anyone with a physical disability. That said, there are two twin beds in the other bedroom that are normal height.

Relaxing

This cabin is beautiful and very comfortable: the attention to detail is above and beyond my expectations. Other cabins we have stayed at had bare minimum in amenities, Mark and Stephanie thought of everything! If you forgot something, they have you covered! Very clean and comfy. We really enjoyed the River in the morning and ended our day just relaxing until dark. Quiet and peaceful, best night sleep! Tons to do! I suggest Watauga Winery, it’s beautiful. We didn’t want to leave! Love Elizabethton, this will be where we retire to!
