This property was gorgeous! Beautiful furnishings, updated kitchen and bathrooms and centrally located. Pictures are accurate and communication was top notch. Would love to return!

Property was clean, comfortable, and updated- we loved the location...close to the beach and to the Fresh Fields area. Very quiet street!

Nice place could use some upkeep, ESPM is not grwat

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kiawah Island is beautiful and it’s nice to be able to stay near the beach. This place does not have resort privileges but you can rent equipment or pay to park at the beach. It’s a bit too far to walk next time. We would definitely stay closer to the beach. It is a short bike ride or car ride but if you drive you have to pay for parking at the beach. We never made it to the public pool. The rental is set up well for grandparents, parents and two kids, which is what our party entailed. The handrail broke as my father who is elderly, walked up the stairs and the place was overall a little bit rundown especially items in the kitchen. There is nothing here to use for the beach unlike most beach rentals. No beach towels. There is almost no information when you come in unlike almost all other rentals I’ve stayed at, no book to show you how to access the pool or where anything is nearby. Every effort to communicate with the company who rents this place out was a fail, we never got any responses from them. I would definitely never rent from this company again.

Our daughter lives on John’s Island and we were in town for her wedding. Inlet Cove on Kiawah Island was the perfect location! Close to her house and the venue, also on John’s Island. We loved being close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk or a very quick drive. We enjoyed the restaurants close by in Freshfields and at Seabrook and it is very convenient having the grocery store just up the road. The cottage is beautiful! Very clean and updated and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a very nice rental house. Very spacious inside with a nice screened in porch. Great proximity to the community pool and the beach. The kitchen lacked some serving dishes and the correct frying pans for the burner less stove. The step lights going up the stairs to the front door were inoperable which is a trip hazard in the dark. I would recommend this home for rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed numerous times at this property. Inlet Cove is a gated community just before the first gate. The location is excellent. It’s about an 7-8 minute walk to the beach via Boardwalk 1. The community does have a pool & dock on the river you can walk to. The property managers are very responsive. The Exxon/general store at the corner has literally anything you might need.

About a half mile walk from start and finish and such a gorgeous spot to relax afterwards.
