Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this, DESIGNER DECORATED two bedroom, two bath unit is one of the nicest at Hilton Head Resort! The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances. All furniture and bedding has a bright and cheerful beach themed décor. We are located in the preferred Building One which surrounds the main pool and is adjacent to our private boardwalk access to the ocean.

There is no smoking inside the villa but smoking is allowed on our comfortable balcony that has a grden view of the resort. The pool has an adjoining grill/convenience store with WiFi internet capabilities, bike rentals and more. The deli food is quite good and spirits, beer and wine is available. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc. are also available.

Our gated resort is centrally located and has 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool with kiddie pool which is located at our great year round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track. Not in the mood for a swim or work out …Not to worry because our resort also has 6 lighted tennis courts. All amenities are available free of charge to all guests.

It is a short leisurely walk over the marsh on our private boardwalk (or you can hop on the resort's beach shuttle)that ends at Coco's On the Beach, a quaint little 'oasis'; and steps beyond that is the nicest beach you will find on Hilton Head Island. Along the way, enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh which is abundant with wildlife, including egrets, herons and crabs. You will never worry about crowds at this beach and it is truly beautiful.

Golf is just steps away with The Robert Trent Golf Course (located next to the property). This course is famous for the #10 ocean hole. The view approaching the hole is spectacular and can be viewed from our oceanfront grill, “Cocos”. This private cabana has restrooms, food and drink and is good place to take a break from the sun or wait out a brief rain shower.

Whatever you want from your vacation you can find at Hilton Head Resort.

Close to beach

Building one is the best. There were a couple of issues typical to late season stays (equipment damaged, ice maker broken), but host was responsive and I'm sure it will be resolved.

Perfect getaway

Everything was perfect! Close to the beach just a short walk down the boardwalk! The pools were clean and easy to get to! The condo was just as described, would be good idea to take on Tupperware for the beach and extra towels for beach/pool and showering unless you want to pay for laundry! Will definitely be back!!

Great stay.

This is a cute little place. Loved the proximity to the beach and easy access. Few things to note. Bring more bath/wash cloths. Or plan on doing laundry. (Paid laundry, I missed the fact of no laundry in the room 😞 ) 6 sets of towels for 3 people for a 7 day stay didn't go far. If staying more the 4 days I'd suggest extra garbage bags, TP and paper towel. Storage containers for left overs or taking things to the beach would be needed too. Would stay again.

Family vacation

The location is great, walking distance to the beach. The ujit had some initial issues which we made the owner aware of. The unit needs some updating, several items (couch, storage bin, lamp shade) have a lot of stains and either need thorough cleaning or replacing. The kitchen is pretty well stocked if you plan to cook, which we did. The location on the island seems to be good also, close to the middle.

Great Stay!

Our family of 4 had a great time! We enjoyed being very close to the main pool and quick access to the boardwalk to the beach. The condo could use some updated furniture and linens but that did not impact our trip in any way. Perfect location too! Had a great stay!

Great amenities at the resort

This place was in good condition and as advertised. Resort was centrally located and close to Shelter Cove Marina and shops The owner was very pleasant and responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Perfect for our short little get away for the family.

A little surprised

The condo was a bit outdated and several items in the condo were broken upon arrival. Reached out to property manager didn’t seem to care said “thanks for telling me” Probably should tell people how far the walk is to the beach through the marsh. Also, the door hinge barely locks didn’t feel super safe .

Short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool. Overall value was great for where you are what your there to do. If your looking for value this is a great place.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. I was clean, had everything we needed to make the trip to the beach comfortable and a fully stocked kitchen for when we wanted to cook ourselves. Bill was very quick to respond to any need.

Annual Trip to HHI

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is conveniently located in Building 1. Bill responded to me with all my questions and concerns. It was awesome having the beach cart and chairs at the condo; that’s a plus!

Needs cleaning, maintenance and updating.

We appreciate the location and close proximity to places of interest and the beds were comfortable. Cocoa's was great, as was the beach. Pool area is great, also nice with the store and bar. The overall rating is totally based on maintenance, cleaning and updating that are very much needed. Some vertical blinds are missing, one has a hole in it, floors were horribly dirty, the patio door is very difficult to open (rail is bent), the spare bedroom door doesn't shut, trim is broken and very marked up, couch is stained, Tv doesn't have a box so it doesn't work in spare bedroom, the bathtub faucet comes out of the wall when you pull the shower control valve, grout needs tending, broken master bath floor at entrance, broken glass in picture in spare bath, rugs are filthy, walls need to be painted, we had to wash kitchen cupboards as food was splattered on them, some pans were dirty, etc. You had indicated "My standards" referencing the cleanliness, our standards are simple, clean and taken care of. We expected much more for a 4+ star and Premier Host. I called you twice and you did send someone over to "clean" (they came 3 days later). I sent pictures after they left, after we had cleaned (sponge to wipe off kitchen counter was filthy), etc. Clearly they did nothing. It's really too bad, because this unit could be great with updates, maintenance and a proper cleaning.
