Pristine all tile condo with gorgeous gulf views from within condo and balcony. Condo features waterfront floor to ceiling windows! Amenities include pickle ball courts, 3 pools, hot tub, gazebo with seating and grills supplied with gas for guests and a well equipped exercise room. For boating enthusiasts, a rare feature of on-site marina and boat launch is available to guests--see below--additional separate fees apply for boats.
This is a fabulous condo in more private beach area by state park but close to great restaurants, town amenities, water sport rentals, day tour trips and parks. You are also minutes away from the National Aviation Museum and Blue Angels practice sessions (see Blue Angles separate website.) The condo has 180 degree totally enviable views of the crystal emerald gulf. The sugar sand beach practically greets your balcony; you can walk to the beach in 100 or so steps from your door! This condo is decorated tastefully and lightly to bring the beach inside to you during the moments you aren't on the beach! This condo has many return visitors for multiple years in a row....you WILL enjoy the beach at this comfortable, tastefully decorated vacation paradise. If you aren't familiar with Perdido Key, it is one of the loveliest, most pristine beaches along the gulf coast. It is just a few minutes away from the National Seashore--protected, uninhabited, all natural, undeveloped sugar sand beaches--offering miles of walking along beautiful seashore. To the left of this condo--after walking just one or two minutes and passing just one other condo highrise after Seaspray and a handful of private single family homes--you will be walking along the state park of protected and uninhabited beach. This beach is truly for the one who loves beauty, emerald crystal water, and miles and miles of uncrowded sugar sand beaches. It is for the true beach-at-heart!
You are only minutes away from the amenities of shopping (including outlets), theatre, recreation facilities, golfing, fishing, boating, and restaurants. The world-famous Blue Angels, who call Pensacola their home, can be found about 15 minutes away at their home base, NAS Pensacola, and during the summer and you will often see them practicing overhead. Many Sunday afternoons you will see them do a "fly-by" along the beach as they salute their hometown on their homecoming from out of town airshows!
The second floor location of the condo makes you feel like you are sitting right on the beach with the added privacy of being one level up. The stairs and elevator are right at your back door.
You have the added amenity of this condo to cross the street and enjoy the Riverside marina, dock, gazebo and grilling area and fishing pier (see aerial photo.) If you have a boat, you can launch it and even navigate the boat around the pass to the gulf in front of the condo! (Extra fees apply for marina use. See below.) You have tennis and pickle bar courts, exercise facilities and zero entry pool enjoyment. This condominium will be RARE on the Perdido Key...because it offers both the gulf and intercoastal amenities.
The layout of this condo allows you to fully enjoy views in all the living areas. The gulf side of the condo is lined with NEW floor to ceilling windows. The clean, light tile runs throughout the condo and ensures the cleanliness you deserve.
Seaspray is a home away from home. Seaspray has been the repeat vacation destination for families for years. The location, the beaches, and the inviting and spacious interior, will exceed your expectations. Our condo building is all refreshed for your enjoyment.
OTHER FEES: Parking passes are $50 plus tax per vehicle per stay, payable at the office upon arrival. A maximum of two car passes can be purchased. Boat passes are $300 per week plus tax or $50 per day plus tax. All boats must be registered and approved two weeks prior to arrival (registration and proof of insurance required for registration.) Contact host upon booking your reservation if you wish to bring a boat. Parking and boat passes are payable directly upon check-in to the Condo office and are not included in rental charges.
ELECTRIC CARS: There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
INSURANCE: All guests are strongly encouraged to buy vacation rental insurance from the insurance carrier of their choice. All rental/reservation fees are due 30 days prior to check-in and become nonrefundable at that time. There are no refunds or rental date changes made within 30 days of check-in for any reason-- including weather, named storms, job factors, evacuations and illness. Rental insurance coverage for sickness, named storms, evacuations, hurricanes, and any other reason that prevents you from travel will vary depending on carrier. Again, we strongly suggest you purchase it when booking on VRBO or purchased through any carrier of your choice.

After many years away, we have recently moved back to the Pensacola area, and Kelly is a Pensacola native. We have 4 kids and have enjoyed many vacations--For quality, relaxing family time and beautiful beaches, we have never experienced a nicer vacation than our time on the beach at Seaspray. We've been to our share of the other high profile beaches and resorts, and the overall experience at other resorts has never compared to Seaspray.

As a native of the gulf coast, we researched for what we felt was the best of the best. With Seaspray, the overall package was above anything offered. The beach is private and pristine. The beach is adjacent to miles of the state park (undeveloped) and within 5 miles of the National Seashore park, more miles of undeveloped seashore. Seaspray offered the most open floorplan with the most windows and view of the gulf. The amenities, including access to Seaspray's private marina/dock on the intercoastal Ol'River, as we natives know it, provide the immediate boat launch and private fishing pier to the owners and guests of Seaspray. So you can enjoy the gulfside beach, and also enjoy your boat if you bring one on the marina side of Seaspray across the street. There is only one other high rise association next to Seaspray, so you will never have to worry about finding your own private, uncrowded spot to be on the beach. You will be able to take long private walks and walk along the shoreline to the infamous Florabama lounge if you wish! You are just a short drive from all the amenities of the more densely populated beaches to the west and also may wish to drive into downtown Pensacola and experience its shopping and historical district.

You will enjoy unobscured 180 degree views and will feel like you are sitting on the beach from your balcony, which, while on the second floor, is just high enough for privacy yet still giving you the feeling that you could touch the beach with just a long stretch of the arm. In the mornings, because the beach is so unpopulated, you can get up and walk and collect all the delightful shells that have washed up with the evening surf. You will experience what we natives call...paradise...And you are just a few steps from your balcony to the beach!
