Everything was fabulous. The only negative thing I can think of, which is minor, is that the living room windows could have been cleaned to see the beautiful view clearly. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week here. The access to the beach is great and the area is beautiful. The house was perfect for our family and had all the amenities needed. Loved the layout of the rooms as well. Heather was a great host & we would return here.

Excellent property and location

A very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished house located steps from the beach with views of both the sea and intercoastal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property for all ages.

We had a wonderful stay. A few steps to beach. Not crowded since it’s not a public access. House was clean and plenty of room. It was perfect for our family of 9 and a baby.

Family getaway

We had 11 family members stay is this house and we had so much room! House was very clean, well stocked, and easy to find. The beds were super comfortable and liked that the linen service have is fresh sheets at check in! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful North Topsail home

Beautifully decorated home just steps from the ocean and pier. The house was spotless and well equipped with all the amenities. Heather was so nice and very responsive to any questions and needs. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Week at the beach

This was a beautiful home just a few steps from the beach. The top floor was spacious and well equipped for our multi-generational group. The elevator was so helpful for my elderly mother, unloading upon arrival and when carrying the baby. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and pretty. Our Host was so helpful. We are so glad we chose this home for our stay

Perfect for us!

This house was perfect. Short walk to the beach and there was a wagon to carry everything. Heather was wonderful. My grandson left his clothes in a drawer and she was quick to offer to get them back to me. Every time I texted her with a question, she responded right away. I could not ask for a better host. Thank you so much!

Beach get away

This is a very nice house steps away from the ocean. Everything was clean and well stocked. The beach was not crowded at all. We could leave our chairs on the beach and go up and eat and come back down with no worries of anyone taking anything. Owners were very quick and helpful when they were contacted. We would stay here again. Thanks so much!!

Comfortable and Convenient

Our family was comfortable in the spacious rooms, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. There is an ocean view from the porches and views of the Inter-coastal waterway on the opposite side of the house. The beach is only steps away. The owner was very quick to deal with a few issues as we settled in.

Everything I hoped for!

Our family loved our week at “Pierfectly Content!!” Beach access was so easy & close our grand daughter could nap at the house while Son & Wife took the 3 year old for beach time. We enjoyed the views of both the ocean and the sound side. Moon and sunrises AND sunsets! Heather was super helpful with any questions and tips. We look forward to coming back to this beautiful home! Comfortable beds, too!!! Thank you Heather!

Family Beach Vacation

Our family vacation this year to beautiful North Topsail Beach was steps from the beach in this VRBO home. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and enough space to work. The layout worked great for our 8 adults & 2 toddlers—keeping parents and kids on same floor—not same room! One caveat, there are vertical blinds or horizontal blinds throughout the home—while beautiful, they don’t block the light! Early rising meant we were on the beach by 9! It was great to have the elevator—which we used to unload/load our stuff, however we challenged ourselves to use the stairs. The main living room and kitchen on the top floor was great for views both oceanside and intercoastal side. Magnificent sunset! Great location, easy access, we would recommend this home!

The kitchen was fairly equipped but lacked a strainer which we needed. The refrigerator was clean but the counters were sticky when we arrived. The trash inside the house was emptied but the container outside was full. It was nice to have the hand soap in the bathrooms but one bathroom was missing it. The bedroom with the washer/dryer was not well thought out for clothing for the people sleeping in that room. Perhaps the closet could be customized to be more efficient. The hand towels were nice but one towel per person at the beach is not enough. Generally, a towel is needed for hair and one for body. The bed pillows were breaking down and need to be replaced. The house was generally clean in that the furniture & floors were dusted and cleaned but the walls and baseboards were dirty. The shower in the 3rd floor master was not clean with water spots on the glass and mold on the floor. There was also hair in the shower. A fall or spring cleaning should be considered. The hostess was reliable and friendly.

We have all 10/10 reviews. And have never had a complaint About Our home being anything but clean, and comfortable. If you would Have contacted me I would have brought you a strainer, I now have multiple ones in the home. In the future, please contact the host and give them a chance to get you anything missing or needed. Our job is to make sure you have a fun, comfortable experience. Thank you for your stay.

We had a wonderful week vacation !! I give a high recommendation for this place and the host. It’s a beautiful ocean view with easy access to the beach. We get to see a sunrise on one deck and the sunset on another deck.

Great location. Very nice accommodations and set up. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Just a few things to note that were annoying- there were very few pots or pans to cook with. We tried making spaghetti for 8 people and didn’t have a pot large enough to make sauce and spaghetti at the same time. Even the crockpot was too small. Garage has swarms of flies. The two beach carts are rusted and have no handles so they are useless. Grill works but needs to be sand blasted clean. Need to bring your own shower towels.

We had a fantastic week! The house was clean, well laid out, and very comfortable for our group. The beach is right there, with easy access just a short walk from the house. The amenities were great, and we especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was for cooking meals throughout the week. A couple of minor things to note: the linens and towels were somewhat limited. The beds were made up with sheets and a lightweight quilt, but there were no extra blankets available in the rooms. We also found that only two kitchen towels were provided, so we purchased a few extras for dishes and general kitchen use. In addition, there were not enough hand towels for the bathrooms, and bath mats were not provided for use outside the showers.We were also surprised that, at check-in, guests were responsible for making the beds, and at check-out, all dishes needed to be washed and put away. We’re more accustomed to simply starting the dishwasher before leaving, so this requirement was a little unexpected.None of these were major issues, but future guests may want to plan ahead.The laundry area was easily accessible from one of the bedrooms, which was convenient.We enjoyed walking to the pier and fishing one evening. The location is excellent, with several family-friendly activities nearby. We also visited the Turtle Hospital in Surf City and had dinner at Sears Landing, which offered a fun outdoor waterfront dining experience. Both are highly recommended!We would return again!

In the linen package, the company provides: 13 bath towels, 13 wash cloths, 13 hand towels And 4 bath mats (one for each shower). The only Requirement is to put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it so that they are fInished washing by the time the cleaners arrive so they can put them up. We can always bring more linens if needed, feel free to call and ask :) Hope to see you again next year! We do offer discounts To our returning guests!
