Great stay!

Loved the location. We were close to everything (family, Kings Island, Loveland Trail, Restaurants, Shopping). Condo was perfect for us - had everything we needed and super cozy! We also enjoyed using the on-site fitness facility. We definitely recommend this property and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and selected this space for the high ceilings, wall of windows plus location. We’re avid walkers and enjoyed our long walks along the Ohio Erie Trail just a hundred yards from this rental.Thanks for hosting us!Bob & Cindy

Excellent stay. Great host.

I stayed at the 5111 Peter's Cartridge property for 6 weeks while I was relocating to the area for work. Jason was a very accommodating and attentive host. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great property right on the bike trail. The room had plenty of space to bring our ebikes inside overnight. Loved having Cartridge Brewing right next door.

One of the Best Places I’ve Stayed

This is a terrific property. Great location, beautiful re-use of old industrial property. Unit had everything I needed. Easy check-in. Location next to trail a plus. Pet friendly, also a real plus. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, this is one of the best VRBO’s I’ve been in.

Super cool building/property. Love the brewery, bike trail, convenience- only complaint is the noisey uncomfortable bed. It’s very loud even just rolling over, and too firm in our opinion but everything else is great!

Clean and Spacious!

This property was perfect for our Christmas stay. We were visiting family in Ohio and needed a dog-friendly rental because we wanted to bring our two golden retrievers. This was the perfect location for us as it’s directly next to a long, flat biking trail. We took our dogs on multiple walks and had plenty of room in the property for all four of us. The property was very clean and welcoming. I love the decor! We’d definitely stay here again if we ever need another rental in this location!
