This unique place has a style all its own. Located in the reimagined Peter’s Cartridge Factory building, this apartment is comfortable and convenient! Near Mason, you are close to Kings Island, the Western and Southern Open, and the Little Miami Trail. Walk over to the brewery for a great meal and a cold beverage! We also feature an awesome on-site gym!
One bedroom apartment with a queen bed and full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. We have everything you need in the kitchen, including a Keurig coffee machine and coffee.
Smart TVs are located both in the bedroom and the living room. Make sure to bring your logins for your favorite apps.
Interested in working out? There is an on-site gym in the next building over.
Conveniently located next-door to a pretty chill brewery and restaurant.
There are no steps or stairs to enter the property.
You’ll have your own space in the apartment. Shared entryway into the building. Shared workout room. Shared fire pit area.
We are local and able to help, if necessary.
Awesome property at the historic Peter's Cartridge Factory. This is an entire apartment/loft complex just off the Little Miami Trail with an attached brewery and restaurant.
You have two parking passes for resident parking outside the unit. Please no parking in the garage or you will be towed.
There will be construction on the road this Summer, so utilizing your GPS is your best option to get around.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
• Dogs must be on leash while outside units.
• Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized around other dogs.
• Please pick up after your dog.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
