You'll love this recently updated, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home with a 2 car garage and fenced-in yard, continently located in the South Wilmington / Monkey Junction area of Wilmingon. This home is located approximately 10 minutes from Novant Health New Hanover Regional Hospital, 10-15 minutes to UNC-Wilmington, 15 minutes to Carolina Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Wilmington. Amenities include High-speed internet and wifi, Cable TV, King size bed and en-suite bath with a large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. Two additional bedrooms with Queen Size Beds. Spacious living room with full size sofa, love seat, coffee table and 55" flat screen TV! Eat-in dining area with large table and 4 chairs plus a bar with two bar stools . Large kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, covered porch overlooking the fenced-in back yard, two-car garage and driveway for off street parking. Linens, towels, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom all included. Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee. Security deposit required.

We really enjoyed this property. We were close to our family who live in the area. It accommodated my kids and their significant others wonderfully. Great place!

Nice house and convenient to everything. We went to Fort Fisher and enjoyed the seafood restaurants that we ate at. Nice and quiet neighborhood too! Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and included everything we needed. The location was close to every place we needed to go. Check-in was easy and Andy was quick to respond. We will consider staying here in the future.

Everything about this place was great! From the condition of the home, the space available, the amazingly large bathroom and beautiful backyard to the close proximity to everything, it was just great! The host was on top of things before I could even say anything which was nice. The beach is close by, Tregembo Animal Park is wonderful. First time visiting the area and would surely choose this home again! We even had the pleasure of stumbling across a baby alligator walking down the street (in all my years in Fl I have NEVER come across this lol) overall a wonderful stay!

We will definitely stay again when we visit our daughter at UNCW. The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice, also.

Wonderful accommodation. Well equipped. Private, fenced in back yard. Pet friendly. Close to restaurants, beach, downtown. Felt safe and host was quick to respond! I look forward to visiting this home again!

Very clean property, strikes the right balance between amenities and space. Very comfy mattresses and good quality towels. Host was very responsive and accommodating! Would stay here again.

The house was in a great location. 15 minutes to the beach and historic area. Fenced yard for the dogs. Garage came in handy as it rained the whole weekend. Host is very responsive.

The house is as advertised, located in a very nice neighborhood, near plenty of food and shopping. It is spacious and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The fenced in backyard is large and was perfect for our active pets who enjoy being outside.However, I can only give it four stars because there were a few too many issues during our stay. We had an issue gaining entry, there were several gnats/flies in the house when we arrived (likely from a previous guest leaving out food), and a few too many items in the house are clearly in need of repair or attention.Overall, the host is great, the house is in a great location, but for what we paid, we expected more. We would consider staying here again if/when we return to town.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. Exceptionally clean, well appointed, and the location was very convenient in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ground coffee that was available for us to use. Very responsive and friendly host who offered excellent restaurant recommendations upon request. Our daughter lives in Wilmington and we will definitely book this home again when we return to visit.

Property was neat, clean, and fully stocked with any and all amenities you could need. Was extremely close to UNCW which was why we were in town so was very helpful! Host was very communicative and helpful.
