There are no stairs to access Breakwater Gig Harbor. Upon entering building, Breakwaters second access door is immediately in front of you.
Codes will be provided prior to arrival.
Entire Suite is unshared, as well as a private back deck overlooking the Harbor. Dock is currently under renovation.

The Waterfront district has it all. Fine food, waterfront activities, groceries, public transportation and an EV charging station.
Our building is in a commercial location. Hustling and bustling during the day. Quiet and serene during the night.
Our office is located in the basement of the building and occupied weekdays during normal business hours. Though check-in is contact free, and I keep to myself unless you need something.
Main lobby houses a small art studio and storage for neighboring restaurant. The restaurant is open from 7am to 2 pm, they are very active in the mornings.
Free public parking and an EV slow charge station. Between 3:00PM- 9:00AM parking along the street is ample. There is only one HV Accessible parking spot within 20 feet of the front door.
Public transport and a seasonal trolley pickup are located 200 ft from the front door.
Sidewalks are busy with foot traffic during the day.
Space is not safety equipped for babies and toddlers.
This is not a party space. Max 2/person occupancy with acceptations on an individual basis.
With the understanding that this space is not suitable for children and infants, if you are found to have a child/ren or infant/s onsite:
1. You may be asked to vacate immediately without refund
2. Will not hold property owner liable for accident and/or injury that may occur.
Guest negligence will not be tolerated.
License to occupy space is granted from the start of Airbnb reservation until Commencement. If at any point during your stay you wish to extend your trip, please use Airbnb App or website for reservation.
Early Check-In and Late Check-out is on an as available basis. Unless arrangements have been made through Airbnb or directly with management, Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00AM
No Smoking, No illegal substances
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property. You, and any approved guest or visitor agree that any drug use, using the property for unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or local ordinance will be grounds for immediate eviction from the property. You will be liable for any and all costs incurred by host and a refund will not be provided for the remainder of your stay.
Evidence of smoking and or illegal drug use will result in an additional cleaning fee of $149
Service Pets
Allowed with the understanding our property does not have a yard.
Your responsibility to your pet and our community is to ensure you are capable of walking to the nearby park and picking up waste left behind by your pet.
Your suite is accessed through a public lobby, and as such, you will pass by other people occasionally when entering and exiting building.
Ensuring your pet is well behaved and on leash at all times is your responsibility. Owner assumes liability of any incidents that occur by and to their pet during their stay at Breakwater.
Occupied Space
For use by party reserving through Airbnb. Maximum 2 People.
No additional overnight guests.
A violation of this rule will result in a $100 charge per person or immediate removal from property without refund.
Breakwater Gig Harbor is a boutique style Suite in a commercial building. Our neighborhood is a mix of residential and commercial business'. We ask that you respect the neighborhood by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Damages made to property or furnishings will be billed to guest.
