Beautiful 3BR/2BA Townhome on the Mountain: Bus Route & Wifi

This beautiful 3Br//2Ba condo sleeps up to 6 and is located on the mountain at Quail Run. The Qual Run units are clustered around a private cul-de-sac, making this lodging option much more like a private residence than a vacation rental.
Our townhome is very open and bright with nice views of the mountain from the upper balcony.This unit is very spacious and approximately 1500 sq. ft. It very nicely appointed with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a gas fireplace trimmed out in lodge pole pine. The upstairs living/entertainment space is completely separate from the bedrooms. It is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, dining area, three flat screen televisions, DVD player, washer and dryer and all necessary linens. The master bedroom, with its connecting master bath, has a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double and twin on top. The unit also has a one-car heated garage, and plenty of storage space for skis. Located adjacent to the free shuttle, it is a short bus ride to the base of the mountain and The Silver Bullet Gondola.

This unit is not a time-share and has been lovingly cared for and maintained. Quail Run is very quiet, as greater than 85% of the units are owner occupied year round. This unit is only one of three located in the building.

Steamboat Springs is known for fantastic skiing, hot mineral springs, and a lively Western atmosphere. Shopping, dining, and nightlife are year-round attractions. Winter offers snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and a mountain with more than 100 downhill trails and 20 lifts. Summer offers white-water rafting, championship golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Keith Foster, and more than a million acres of wilderness in Routt National Forest for hiking, horseback riding, biking, and fishing. Sailing, windsurfing, and water skiing are available at nearby Stagecoach Reservoir.

The home was in a nice quite part of Steamboat Springs. Everything was smooth working with the host and the home was well stocked with kitchen items. There are a couple playgrounds within walking distance, great for the kids.

Lovely clean condo. Our first time in Colorado in the summer. We were thankful for the ceiling fans and extra fan.Condo was clean and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Communications with owner were timely and helpful. Would recommend.

Great location, lots of space!

This is a super spacious condo close to the free bus route which can get you pretty much anywhere. It had everything we needed and was nice and quiet.

Ski trip

Amazing stay at Eric’s condo. Perfect for 6 guests, very accessible to the mountain and Eric was very communicative. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at steamboat.

Great ski vacation

The condo had plenty of room for five adults We used the well stocked kitchen to cook our meals We used the washer dryer and dishwasher as needed Internet speed was very fast A short walk took us to the free bus

Wow easily a top stay for me as a long time traveler! It was our groups first time in steamboat and we absolutely loved our time there. Eric was an amazing host and gave us incredible food and pub recommendations. The skiing was phenomenal and having a hot tub at the house was the best way to end the day. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful Winter Home

This is a well cared for property in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to the ski shuttle stop. We also enjoyed the large community hot tub. We will stay here again someday!

Comfy home

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood with a nice hot tub, close to a bus stop. All rooms were very comfy and living space was much bigger than the pictures. Nice views of the mountain from the balcony too.

Excellent Stay!

My family of six stayed here over the holidays. This condo was perfect for us and we had plenty of room with teenagers. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and welcoming. Eric reached out to us before we arrived and was great with communication. We would stay here again!

Good place for families

Townhome is as advertised and a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The garage is a nice bonus for skis and gear, as well as the 2nd living room as an extra space for the kids. And communication with Eric is fast and easy. Would stay again.

Such a gem!

We came to Steamboat with our kids and Mother-in-law. This listing was perfect for us with comfortable beds, close proximity to groceries, playgrounds, a hot tub, and shuttle service. Eric is a fantastic host who goes above ane beyond to make the experience super smooth and welcoming. I've never been happier with a VRBO stay! We hope to be back soon!

Steamboat Getaway

Beautiful condo in nice neighborhood. Spacious, nicely decorated and lots of nice surprises such as a cabinet with all kinds of spices, a supply of videos, games and books. We would definitely hope it would be available for our next Steamboat stay.

Good location and plenty of space

Location was good and near the slopes with plenty of space for four of us. If you are looking for an extravagant mountain retreat, this is not it but if you're looking for a space to put your head between runs that has a well stocked kitchen, this is a great place. In addition to hitting the slopes, it was also convenient to snow tubing, dog sledding, ice fishing, downtown shopping, and ice skating at Skeeters for our week in town.

Randy, I am glad you guys had a good time. I apologize if our townhome was not "extravagant". You had a plethora of pics and online reviews to peruse before you made the choice to stay with us. Quail Run is not considered a luxury buildout but rather a quiet, well built complex with a very good location. This is our second home, and as we are not extravagant people we have not furnished our unit as such. I think that if you read the reviews for the past ten years, or so, we have had nothing but exceptionally happy renters, many of wham return year after year. May I recommend Christie Club or The Sheraton for your next visit, if you are looking for an extravagant mountain retreat. Best, eric

Relaxing in Steamboat

Relaxing in Steamboat The property was located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom was lovely. The owner, Eric, was very accommodating to our needs. The property had a children’s playground which we used a lot for our 17 month old grandson.
