Nice Accomodations

The home we stayed in was wonderful. Owner communication was great. The area it's almost located in is a residential area in an old part of town so measure those expectations. Beyond that we had a great trip.

Absolutely the best

I have stayed at many places but this is the best in the city the host mr Jonathan was amazing and very helpful the atmosphere and ora of the whole home is of full positive nature and energy I will always book this place if available it was close to everything very quiet and safe can’t wait to book again for my next weekend getaway

Mother Daughter Weekend Getaway

A wonderful stay! Very nice, spacious and clean home. The host was amazing! He went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed, including baby items for my grandson. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice on the inside

Great house on the inside. Neighborhood not so nice. Couldn't find the private parking as advertised though. Definitely well remodeled.

Very quiet

Its a quiet property. The super dome is super close. It was well appointed. The host lives next door and we ran into before we left. He's a kool guy. I'll be back.

Burthday Trip to NOLA

The inside of the house looked exactly like the pictures. However, one of the bathrooms was extremely small. Also, there was an issue with hair being on the couch, the chairs in the living room, as well as on the bath towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

Exactly What we Needed

This place was close enough to everything we wanted to do and see, our dogs were comfortable and everything was clean and available for us. We noticed they even had dog beds and crates in one of the closets in case guests don’t have them and need them. Thought that was a really nice touch although we didn’t need them. 10/10 would stay again if in the area!

Good stay for the right group

We were happy to find this reasonably priced stay in New Orleans. It was an ideal size for our group of 5. The kitchen is spacious and lovely. One bathroom is a great size, the other is very small. The bedrooms are all good sizes, especially the primary in the back. The house was pretty well maintained (though there are some things like small holes in the wall from there things used to be hanging and aren't anymore and haven't been patched, wall paint on the ceilings, broken drawer in the bathroom). I appreciated the beds being made, towels being provided, and extra blankets being available. The host Johnathan was really communicative and helpful. The tricky thing about this spot is the location. When walking to dinner, twice people asked us what we were doing "in the hood." That's not how I would categorize the area by any means, but think about your comfort level before booking. Even an Uber driver was surprised we were staying there. Overall, a great stay for the right group! Thank you for hosting us!

Horrible Experience/Dangerous Neighborhood

It was a very unpleasant experience when we arrived and saw the neighborhood where the property is located. I feared for my family's physical integrity. We did not enter the house and had to stay in a hotel. It completely ruined our vacation. Communication with the owner of the house was terrible.

Mooi huis nabij het centrum

We kwamen laat aan maar inchecken was geen probleem. Huis is ruim en slaapkamers zijn prima. De uitrusting in de keuken laat een beetje te wensen over. Prima appartement om New Orleans te ontdekken.

The rental was clean, well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The rental included many useful amenities. My stay was Great!! I will most definitely stay here again.
