Perfect location just across the street from public beach access, cute little space, great for a few nights stay but maybe not more than that as it is very small with not so many amenities.

Excellent location. You can be on the beach in less than 10 minutes. Air conditioner works well, good water pressure and the host was excellent with regards to communication. The information from the host about restaurants and other things in the area was very helpful.

overall satisfied. please update all your linens just a bit shabby and cheap. advise guests of pump in bathroom. grass should have been mowed.

Pros-ground floor with room for bikes/ beach stuff outside, short walk to beach, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, good AC, good sized refrigerator, free laundry room use.Cons-TINY bathroom (like an RV), TV/internet bad (had to keep resetting TV every 10min.), upstairs noise, pump in bathroom very loud, constant nagging messages about care of property/rules/check out (probably a VRBO thing), needs a paint and new bedding.Tips-parking is behind building,

This studio was perfect for a couple or two people who don’t mind being in the same bed. There was a comfy little couch and room to put both of our suitcases and a cooler. It is small and quaint but that’s exactly what we needed. Everything is with in 20-30 minute drive from this location. It is right along the main road by the beach. Perfect parking right up to the apartment. The communication with the host was great. They were personable and answered any questions I had. The walk to the beach was literally 200 steps or less. There was a vacuum to help with the sand since you are right by the beach. We had everything we needed for 5 days and have no complaints. Would book again in a heartbeat. You can’t beat the price compared to all of the houses around you.

Tiny Living at the Beach!

Joe know's how to make Tiny Living at the beach amazing. This unit is completely brand new. It is well appointed from the linens to the kitchen. There were 2 burners and an air fryer which made our stay that much more enjoyable. It was the perfect space for us and well thought out. The proxity to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Just really a hidden gem in the Outer Banks. Communicating with Joe was seamless. We'll be back!

Great area in Kill Devil Hills

Great communication between Lisa and Matt thru texts or Joe in emails about any issues that we had. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as beach access within 5 minutes. The only thing I would mention that wasn't mentioned in the listing is where you have to park. You cannot park on the street where the address is located; you have to park behind the house on a long dirt/sand/grassy driveway which wasn't a big deal. We did use the laundry room and the outdoor shower that was provided. Would definitely stay there again!

OBX stay

The studio was as described. A short 5 min walk to beach access & close to everything. Communication was great and check in/out process easy. The unit is just big enough for 2 and has everything you need, except storage. There is no closet or shelving or wall hooks to store/ hang closing. If you don't mind " living" out of your suitcase...no big deal. I would have loved to have at least a couple of wall hooks to hang something. Overall we had a wonderful time in OBX and in this studio. It's a nice and seemingly safe neighborhood and the studio was clean with a comfortable bed. If you like a softer pillow, bring your own.The ones in the studio are definitely firm, very firm. We would recommend this VRBO and feel it deserves 5 stars.

Very clean and well-appointed room. Close to the beach and within walking distance to several good restaurants and bars. Easy check-in and out. Plenty of parking.
