This condo oasis (MP 7) is only 1 mile (5 minutes) from the famous OBX beaches! PLUS its situated right on the sound and boasts beautiful sunset and bird sanctuary views. The condo is a quick bike ride to the famous Wright Brothers Memorial, grocery stores, and many restaurants.
Enjoy use of a pool onsite (open May to early October) and tennis courts on the condo's property.
Parking is free onsite and a public boat ramp is 1 mile away!
Kick back and enjoy some good old relaxation!

This is our 6th time staying here (4 times with pervious owner and 2 times with current) We love the place. Its cozy and convenient to alot of the activities and places we want to go to. The sunsets are always stunning. We definitely will be returning.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was close to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch, and the pool. Very conveniently located very near to Publix. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

This was such a great place to stay for a quick trip to OBX! I enjoyed being close to everything but still getting to watch the sunset every night out the windows (it was chilly when we went)! Great host communication!

Beach Trip

We had a great time the beach was a short drive and very close to the Condo. We enjoyed the Condo very much it is well stocked with everything.

Relaxing sunsets

The view of the sound is spectacular. Screened in porch was great to relax and watch the sunset. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was nice and quite on the spund and the sunset was really amazing. The only issue was that the floor was real sandy and gritty when we arrived. Its as if it did not get mopped during the last cleaning but other than that it was fantastic.

Quiet space to relax

My family enjoyed our time at Michaels place. The pool was a great amenity as was the screened in porch. A perfect home base for exploring the Outer Banks.

July 2024 Stay

This was an excellent place to stay for our week vacation at OBX. The owners we're very responsive and helpful. The property was very clean, cool and provided a great view. The community pool was a definite plus as well. Great location that we plan on booking again for future trips back to OBX!

Excellent Experience! Highly recommend!

This condo was well decorated, well kept, very clean, nicely appointed, well situated, had great views, and provided us a lovely home away from home for our vacation! We would stay here again and highly recommend it for others. The owners were great people with whom to deal and they provided lots of lovely touches to make us feel more than welcome!

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s exactly as it shows in the listing. Bike trails real close are fun, but the view outback is great. You’ll be comfortable and happy here.

Beautiful views

Wonderful views and ability to watch the wildlife from this condo. The owner was communicative and responsive. Good location to other towns in the outer banks and lighthouses.

Johnson Getaway

The condo was super clean, and stocked with all the amenities needed. Decorated nicely,and cozy, with the best sunsets. The booking process was so easy along with the check-in an out. Thanks for helping us have su h a nice vacation.
