The Newport Condominium has a beautiful water view of Spa Creek in Eastport. This condo is tastefully decorated with carpet and includes a queen sleigh bed and a Queen size soft pull-out bed in living room. Condo overlooks boat docks, the historic Carroll House and St. Mary's Church. Newport is a secure building with free parking spaces provided, but you will want to walk to the many restaurants, historic areas (State House) City Dock, and shopping in Annapolis Harbor. Great location for romantic getaways, visits to historic Annapolis, the Naval Academy and Navy Football games!
The condominium has a roof top pool, spectacular viewing area.

Great location ! Owners are very friendly and responsive. Building is very quiet - it is a softer bed and there are window AC units which if you are not used to it can be loud . Overall would stay here again !

Great location to see all the sites in Annapolis. We walked everywhere, except when we took the convenient water taxi service. The view of the water and boats from the rooftop deck was fabulous. The rooftop pool was a nice feature after a hot day around town.

This little apartment was perfect for the two of us. The location was within walking distance to historic downtown Annapolis. There are many fun restaurants within walking distance as well. We spent one day at Quiet Waters Park for a family gathering. This is a beautiful park with shaded paved trails, and water views. There is also fenced dog park and even a dog beach.

The room was very clean and the host was very responsive! There is an entire parking lot with plenty of parking and plenty of provided parking passes. The rooftop view is GORGEOUS! The only thing that we did not expect, if we needed to, was to pay for washer and dryer. There were plenty of extra bedding and dishes. I would recommend this condo for a nice stay for a small family due to the one bed and pull out sofa bed!

The washer and dryer on the same floor at the end of the hall is in my information. It should not been a surprise. 2 stars taken off out of 5 is not what VRBO should have done. Just wanted to say that. I'm sure that my guests didn't know that they had said anything wrong.

Great place to stay!
We came up for the bowl game in Annapolis and this place offered a great place to stay near downtown and access to anywhere! The condo offered a clean comfortable place with all you need so close.

Very nice place, easy walking to lots of shops and cafes. Joe was very responsive. We’d definitely come back.

I'm from Southern Maryland and my wife is from Upper NY but has lived here in Maryland since High School. We have enjoyed Renting our condo in Annapolis for about twelve years now, and have had some wonderful guest over the years, which some have become our friends.

We live about 30 minutes from Annapolis and love to come here for get-aways. Always something going on in Annapolis.

There is so much to do in Annapolis any time of the year. The harbor has boat excursions, kayak rentals and water taxis. There are many great restaurants and places to shop. The Navy football games and Boat Show in the fall are also favorites. You will find almost anything within walking distance. It’s easy to get to and from BWI or Reagan National Airports. (Great for romantic getaways)
