Great location convenient to all downtown restaurants and shops. Minimal amenities in the apartment. Everything was walkable. Free weekend parking on St John’s St was a hike so it was a process to load and unload. Something to consider if you’re bringing a car. Otherwise we didn’t need our car most of the weekend.

Perfect location for checking out historic area.

Couldn't have chosen a better location for our two night stay. Nice clean apartment unit, well supplied with everything we needed. The owner, Julie, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

Roomy apartment for two

Great location. Spacious apartment. Great contact with manager who allowed us a 1 hour early check-in for our circumstances. Cleanliness and amenities were great. Even though we only used the coffee maker on our one night stay, the small kitchen was very nice. Would stay here again.

This place is adorable!

Clean. Great location. Adorable inside…so much original charm but not outdated and a well-stocked kitchen (which we didn’t use but I made note of it for future visits!). Julie was quick to answer all my questions.

25th reunion

This is a great place. Close to everything downtown, yet just far enough away it is still quiet. We were able to easily walk to DTA, enjoy all it had to offer and could come back to what felt like our own personal spaces. With the kitchen and living room we were able to host our friends and still felt like we had room.

Fantastic Annapolis Location

We loved this property. The apartment was very comfortable, even roomier than we expected, and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. We parked our car at the Gott Garage, about a half mile away, and walked everywhere. Didn't need the car again until we left. Can't say enough about what a great town Annapolis is!

Great location; no car needed

The location is excellent. We rarely needed a car. The heating and AC worked great. We had several issues with the lights and the full size bed’s mattress sagged in the middle- so one of us slept on the sofa.We sent some suggestions to Julie for enhancing the property.
