Room was comfortable and mostly as described. Looks nicer in pictures. Bed and pillows need to be upgraded. Not comfortable and old. Parking is a plus and pool deck was nice. Easy accessible to everything. Close to Waikīkī

Everything was as advertised and great! The bed and couch were very comfortable. The beach is minutes' walk away and close to many restaurants. I enjoyed my stay!

Great location and only a five minute walk to the beach. Parking was free, and there were always available spots in the garage. We had four people in our reservation, and the fold out couch was a little uncomfortable. However, for two people, this would be a great place to stay. The window unit AC also kept the rental nice and cool during our stay. Would stay here again. We had a wonderful time there!

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay overall! The property was very clean, in a great location, and everything else about our experience was amazing. Our only complaint was the comfort of the beds. Both the main bed and the fold-out couch were quite uncomfortable, with noticeable sagging and dipping in the middle, which made it difficult to get a good, well-rested sleep. Aside from the beds, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

We had a good stay here for 10 days. Plenty of room and there were extra trash bags and bathroom essentials available. The bath tub is a bit outdated and the beds are old and quite uncomfortably. Overall the stay was good, besides the bed and tub I would given it a 9.5. There were enough dishes and utensils in the kitchen for a family of 4. Appreciate the beach chairs and towels. Price was great.

Banyan stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean apartment. As a Builder, I can say that the apartment is getting old. I would do some maintenance to it. New Cistern, remove slding doors to bedroom and instal a concertina door system. Front door needs planing off as it is jamming. door to balcony lock hard to close needs adjustment. However the apartment was great. Just needs some TLC.

The condo was perfect for our week stay! It was clean and nicely decorated. Plus, it was equipped with everything we needed and it was within short walking distance to downtown and the beach. Communication for check in and check out went super smooth. The parking garage was great too!

Host was accommodating and helpful. Quick and efficient communication. The VRBO was exactly as explained and while a lot of places are usually under remodeling at this time of year- this place had all amenities available. Will keep it on our list for next time!

Condo itself was nice, had good amenities. Pool was good, lots of chairs and space available. Would have liked some umbrellas or shading but other than that, great area for hanging out. If you like being near all the action, this is a great location for you. It felt a little busy for us but that's personal preference. I did enjoy being near the Ala Wai canal and used the pathways for morning walks me than once. Honestly I chose this location over a couple others because it had a coffee shop in the building. Totally worth it. Banyan Breeze was fire. And the owner is so personable. We had coffee there almost every day. 10/10 recommended the Island Americano.

Perfect for my family and I! Kitchen was the main thing because I have a severely food allergy kid so I was able to make his food the whole stay. Room was clean and spacious and garage parking with security! Easy access to stores and highway! It was a 10/10 for my family of 3 adults and a 11 yr old.

We had some issues with power in the complex due to a series of bad storms and the owner did a great job helping to relocate us.

Amazing stay, great location, very clean!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 young children. The layout was great with ample space, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!
