Such a sweet place to stay! Easy access to all the places that we wanted to visit. Loved spending time with the owners beautiful horses.

This place was absolutely the best. The cottage was decorated very well. Love that it was on a horse farm and you were able to pet the horses and feed them peppermints Perfect location to the Horse Park. The hospitality was spot on. Loved Duffy (owners dog). Thanks again for the perfect vacation to Kentucky

What an awesome place to stay!! The cottage was perfect, clean, stocked with anything you may need and the owners are greatBeing able to stay and visit a few horses right outside the door is great!

Our stay was by far the best in our experience. The cottage was very well furnished and excellently decorated. The outside was just what we wanted, with horses and barns. The whole place made us feel at home. We will stay there again as we travel that way. Thank you Whitney for letting us stay there. WE enjoyeds our talks with you and your mom. Gus and Rita.

Great location - close to everything. Very safe as the property is located behind a driveway gate. Exactly like the photos and description. Whitney has done a great job with this cottage.

Great location for getting to all the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Loved being around the horses and feeding them peppermints. Pet friendly and our little rescue dog got to meet his first horse friend on this trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location! Loved seeing the horses and their new "large" friendly puppy. Great Hosts and a great little house that we enjoyed very much! Would highly recommend it!

Highly recommend. The cottage is perfectly situated for UK (we came down for our daughter's graduation) as well as Keeneland and other Lexington attractions. It's quiet and very restful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning sunshine and strolling around the property to see the horses. The cottage is cosy and beautifully decorated and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

We had an amazing time staying here. We were greeted in the driveway upon arrival and given a tour of the grounds. I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at this lovely cottage in Lexington. The location is perfect — close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host met me when I arrived and was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was an absolute lovely experience. The cottage was so cute and a great break from the hustle and bussel of visiting a busy city. Everyone at the property was kind and willing to chat about their horses and the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and clean

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very friendly and the setting was lovely. It was close to the horse park and to restaurants and stores. The home itself was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this to others as a great place to stay!

Cozy Friendly Guest house

Beautiful working horse farm is a lovely, convenient place to stay. With hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable hosts we had a wonderful visit in Lexington. We would definitely plan to stay there again and keep a pocket full of peppermint for the horses.

Whitney was very responsive to my questions. The cottage was perfect for us and we loved being able to see the horses just outside the window. The location was close to all of the activities we had planned in Lexington and Versailles. Would love to stay again!

This place was well described, comfortable, extremely clean and centrally located for what we were doing in and around Lexington. Small but totally adequate for two, maybe two and a small child. The host was friendly and helpful, their dog was also friendly. And we got to meet and give the horses treats too - bonus! We would definitely consider staying here again. The one suggestion I would have for the host would be to add a picture of the entrance gate on the post too. We had the right address but weren’t sure when we saw the gate as it was mentioned but not shown in the posting pictures. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!

Beautiful property and a wonderful cabin! So calm and peaceful and a great place to relax after a busy day. Everyone was so nice and it was wonderful to just step out the door and be able to pet the horses on the property. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am definitely planning on going there again! The cottage felt like a little rural oasis but still close to town. We love horses and these guys quickly became our buddies thanks to the jar of peppermints Nothing like a nicker to welcome you home after a long day!
