Lovely Indian Rocks Home

Spectacular home on the water. Beautiful pool and dock. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Would stay again!

Family get together for moms 86th birthday

Everything was as advertised. The house was extremely comfortable with quite a bit of space. Well stocked and a fantastic location. Lots of room inside and out. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Great house, well-appointed, excellent view. Nice arrangement of snacks and coffee waiting for us. Only issue...palmetto bugs in kitchen and master suite.

Great place plenty of room

Had a great stay. Our group had plenty of room, in fact there were areas that we never used. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Fairly easy drive to anything you need. Would for sure stay here again.

Family Vacation

We loved this place. My grandchildren ( 7,5,1) never got bored here. They loved the pool, fishing off the dock, the beach and all the games. We hosted Easter dinner here and there was plenty of seating outside for all of us.We would like to go back!

Wonderful Location

We enjoyed the house very much. The views from the back yard are amazing, especially from the covered patio. The bluetooth speakers were nice to have to be able to listen to music. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and beach chairs.

Beautiful Home, it has everything, quiet location

This is a real nice piece of property. It is secluded on a cul de sac. Home was beautiful. Plenty of space. Everyone we dealt with were really nice and the few issues we had were immediately addressed.

Family vacation

The house was really nice with a perfect location for relaxing and going to the beach. The only problem is they have roaches. We killed at least 5 of those huge Madagascar roaches that were coming up through the drain. A very nice older home but the bugs definitely put a damper on the stay.

Great Family Spot

The house was exactly what we were looking for and in a great location for family. There was a playground not too far from the house for the kids to play, and convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach. I did ask for an early check in and never heard back once they said they would check with the cleaning staff. Also, the pool needed to be cleaned, as there was sand and dirt in the bottom, but other than those two minor complaints, the house was beautiful and in a prime location.

The place was amazing, and the property was incredible. We could not be happier and if I can get back to Indian Rocks Beach I would only stay in this exact VRBO. The pool was immaculate and the view over the intercostal was amazing. The reviews talked about "bugs" - there were zero. The hosts kept the property so clean that I felt bad when my 1 year old spilled milk on the countertop. I cannot stress enough- stay here. The ONLY drawback- the house was so big that to get from my junior master bedroom at night to the kitchen was a walk I wasn't used to! I cannot say enough good things. We needed something at one point during our stay and within 30 min the host was amazing and hand delivered it to us! Thank you again and we can't wait to come back!

Paradise Indeed

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Point. The location is amazing, the pictures don’t do the back yard view justice, it is absolutely stunning. Dolphins swam and play directly off the dock the entire time we were there. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including 7 bikes! My whole family biked to the beach each day. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend

This house was excellent. Great layout, with very separate downstairs, and a great view of the lake from both levels. Also, separate guest house. In excellent condition and well furnished. Lots of toys; including pontoon boat, huge hot tub (that really works), kayaks, paddle boards, tube foosball and fireplaces. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. Very responsive hostess. I highly recommend.

Friends Reunion in IRB

This property is stunning! Our group of 5 ladies enjoyed our time here and made many great memories. The outdoor social areas, the pool, and the convenient pool bath were our favorites. The kitchen was well-appointed and functional. The property was quiet and very private. We were visited by dolphins every day and enjoyed watching the boats on the inter-coastal waterway from the comfort of our lounge chairs. Would highly recommend this property for a group of 5 (even 10!) people. Families with small children should know that the waterway is VERY close to the house (which we loved!) with no substantial barrier to prevent access.

This property is exactly as advertised. I was traveling with a group of ladies and we felt very secure and safe in this location. The host was excellent to work with. The harbor view was stunning with dolphins constantly playing by the sea wall. We will definitely be returning!!
