It is less than 10 minutes from 3 world class resorts with restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The home comfortably sleeps 25 in a clean, stylish, modern aesthetic. After a long day on the slopes, you will enjoy the 10 person hot tub located on the third story deck boasting unfettered views of the PCMR.
The Space:
Enter the home from the private two car garage featuring multiple ski/board racks and enter a lux mud room. The mud room provides ample storage for all your gear and boot dryers featuring multiple ski/board racks. The mud room also provides ample storage for all your gear and dryers to make sure your boots are toasty in the morning. Directly across from the mudroom is a large laundry room equipped with all the essentials. As you continue into the home, you are greeted by a custom wine and beverage area and an inviting open concept spreads out before you with floor to ceiling windows featuring PCMR views. The kitchen features everything any chef would need to prepare a large family meal and the open flow allows them to remain part of the festivities. The island features 4 bar height stools, and the dining room includes two large tables that can comfortably seat a combined 16 people. The dining room seamlessly transitions into the comfortable main floor living room. This living room features a gas fireplace, large TV, oversize couch and 2 comfy chairs. Additionally, the main floor features 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom features a King size bed, large closet, and its own dedicated private bathroom.
Downstairs you will find a fun family room designed with our younger guests in mind. The room features a shuffleboard table as well as a combination pool/ping-pong table. The oversize couch has a pullout Queen bed and is perfect for watching movies on the 75 inch TV. Kids and adults will love the custom bunk room featuring 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunks, one set of Twin over Twin bunks, and a dedicated bathroom. Additionally, the bottom floor features 2 other bedrooms. Each bedroom features a King size bed, large closet, and its own dedicated private bathroom.
The top floor is a private oasis. The primary suite is an oversize room with ski resort views and a large King bed. The primary suite bathroom features a large tub, standalone multi-head shower and large walk-in closet. This floor also features a living area with desk space, TV, and Queen pull-out couch. Lastly the third floor provides access to a roof top deck and 10-person hot tub. The deck has unobstructed views of the Park City Mountain Resort and is the perfect place to enjoy an après ski drink.
The home is located in Silver Creek Village a short drive to three world-class all-season resorts and only 15 minutes from downtown Park City. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within a short walk. A private access trail is available right out the front door, that allows connection to Park City’s renowned hike & bike trail system. Guest Access:
Guest can access the home from the garage area. There is a garage keypad to let you in. On the garage door to the home, there is a coded lock you will type your code into.
The Neighborhood:
The Silver Creek Village neighborhood is a brand new neighborhood right outside of Park City proper. It is a mix of homes, condos, and townhomes.
Getting Around:
There are several options for getting around town. Uber and Lyft are great options you can use from your app. HIgh Valley Transit is also a free of charge transit program through the City of Park City.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is located is one of the first home to be completed along our street. There is active home building across the street. Additional hot tub fee of $200 will be charged for each stay. After the 10th person, each additional person will be an additional $25 fee.
Hours
The Silver Creek Village Subdivison hosts quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. Please be respectful of your surrounding neighbors. You will be charged a $200 fine if there are noise violations during the time of your stay.
Main House Rules
Please do not wear ski boots in the house. We don't want anyone to slip in wet ski boots. All equipment should stay in the garage or in the mudroom. All gear should be left on the tiled floor and rubber mat provided. There is No Smoking allowed in or around Black Dog Ski Haus at any time, including balconies, patios, or 25 feet from the house. There is a fine associated with smoking on the property and you will be assessed accordingly. No pets are allowed on property at any time unless they are a service dog. We would need to see the proper paperwork before booking.
Phone
With the wide use of smartphones, a land line phone is not located anywhere in the unit.
Internet
Satellite internet is free and available in each room.
Thermostat
There is one thermostat for the whole house, its located in the dining room. Feel free to adjust, but please do not put it under 72 degrees. It will freeze the line.
Trash
There are trash bins in the garage for all trash. Trash day is Tuesday. If you are the home, please kindly roll the trashcan out the night before.
Amenities
There are a number of amenities in the unit upon your arrival to make packing easier for your trip. Here is a list of items in the unit: facial/ bar soap, conditioning shampoo, lotion, body wash, dish soap paper towels, sponge, toilet paper, tissue box, coffee, hair dryer, hand soap, dish washer soap, laundry soap, trash bags
Fireplace
The fireplace is easy to use with just a click of a button on the side of the fireplace.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is not provided for your unit.
Laundry
The Laundry Room is located on the main floor of the house next to the mudroom. Supplies are there for your use.
Skis/Boots Storage
Please store skis and boots on the tile floors and rubber mat. Skis and snowboards should be left in the garage on racks.
Ski Shuttle
The Park City shuttle doesn’t come to our subdivision.
Spa
There is a spa on property located outside on the balcony. A few items of interest:- All persons use the facility at their own risk - there is no lifeguard on duty.- Pool Towels are available in the basket next to the spa door.- No glass bottles or glass/ceramic items are allowed in the Hot Tub area.- No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Hot Tub area.- No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed in the area.- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.- Children under the age of 6 may not use the Hot Tub. Those 6-17 must be accompanied in the HotTub by an adult.- No animals - with the exception of service animals - are allowed in the Hot Tub area.-Please make sure the cover goes back on the spa when not in use.-For all guests’ safety, please lock the balcony door when not outside
Violations of Rules will result in fines and removal from the area. Repeat offenses may result in being banned from usage.
Restaurants

Occupancy Limit
There is an occupancy limit of 25 people.
Bedding and Linens
Extra bedding and pillow for queen sleeper sofa and king size bed are stored in the closet.
No Nuisance
No noise, odors, or vibrations shall be created in the unit which may be reasonably expected to penetrate to adjoining units and to cause annoyance to the occupants of same.
Quiet hours are at 10pm. Noise disturbances will result in fines and you will be assessed after your stay. No activities which are prohibited by law shall be conducted in the Unit. No hazardous materials shall be used or stored in the Unit. Drunk and disorderly conduct will result in fines and you will be assessed after your stay.
Electronics
Please do not move around or unplug any power cords to the electronics. There will be a $75 per hour charge to fix the issue.
Key Replacement
There will be a $100 fee if any keys are lost.
Property Damage
Guest shall be responsible for the cost of repairing or any portion of the Unit or its furnishings damaged or stolen by Guest or the invitees of the Guest. Owner shall not be responsible for the theft, loss or damage to any personal property of Guest or the invitees of Guest unless the same results from the willful misconduct or gross negligence of Owner.
No Business Use
With the exception of a home office not involving the visitation of the Unit by employees, clients, customers, or potential clients or customers of the guest, the Unit shall be used strictly for residential purposes and shall not be used for any business or commercial purposes by the Guest.
Environmental Committee
Please help in our green efforts! Turn off lights, TV’S, and reduce heat when you leave the room. No smoking anywhere inside or outside the property.
