The house was perfect (exactly as advertised) and Josiah was one of the most responsive hosts we've had so far. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our 5-day stay! Highly recommend!

We were very busy attending a livestock show during our stay and we very much enjoyed coming back to a cozy space to decompress. The house is decorated very cute, everything weas super clean and there was plenty of parking for my full size truck on the street. We would definitely stay again!

The host answered any emails or questions I had very quickly. The home was nice and comfortable. It was in a quiet area and close to the airport and downtown phoenix which was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Words cannot fully express how at home we felt in the Bungalow. The property is perfectly situated in an ideal location, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood rich with character, culture, and beautiful cactus landscapes. Everything you could possibly need is conveniently nearby—many attractions and amenities are even within walking distance.We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Mr. Josiah’s place in the future to once again experience and enjoy the vibrant Phoenix lifestyle. It was a wonderful getaway and a place we would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Fun getaway

This place was perfect for our stay: great location, super clean, updated trendy decor, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and overall comforts of a home. Easy check-in and check out process.

Place was very clean and communication was great. The only things that could’ve fixed is the queen bed was hard for our liking. The manager was also going to be looking into the pressure in the shower for the back bedroom.

Great house in AMAZING location!

We spent a week at Josiah's house and already looking forward to going back. The space is clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. And you can not beat the location! It's a short walk to Coronado's vibrant restaurant, bar, and coffee shop scene. Close to everything!

Perfect

We were only in town for two days before heading to Tucson. This house was beyond perfect for our stay. Very clean and well kept. Owners were easy to reach out to if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect little get away

This was such a great little get away. Super clean!!!!! Very cute, simple, and was just what we needed. Thank you for the fresh clean towels. New towels and are always greatly appreciated. Beds were comfy too!

PERFECT!

In Phoenix for my son's first year of college. This was my first time in Phoenix so I wasn't aware of the city and good areas to stay. This property was perfect in every way - clean, location, size, nicely stocked kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, quiet neighborhood, and good communication Josiah and Lora. I would give 10 stars for cleanliness if I could. This property is well taken care of and it is reflected in every detail. Will definitely stay here again on future trips. THANK YOU!

Phoenix Getaway

Great location and property. Very safe, central location, and friendly neighbourhood, The house was clean and as advertised. Checkin and out was seamless and easy. Communication with Josiah, owner was great. He was very responsive and helpful. The only reason it is not 5 stars was a leak in the main bathroom. The were heavy rains on two evenings. After the first evening, we awoke to find water leaking through the bathroom ceiling fan/light. This occurred on Easter Sunday. I alerted Josiah and he responded right away. He had someone out fixing the roof the next day. With the exception of the leak, 5 out of 5!

Not bad

Place was very nice inside and out and very clean, there was some damage inside the property and was addressed and reassured we were not going to be held responsible but nothing major. The only real bad thing for us was that there is “ANOTHER PROPERTY” within 6 feet from the rear door which is located in the master bedroom, arriving late at night our first night not knowing everything about this property and come to find out there is another living quarters on the property was a pretty unpleasant feeling having that unknown factor of who or if anyone was in a building we did not know about 6 feet from where we were sleeping. That’s the biggest thing that will stick with us, especially for what we paid.

Hi Colby, thank you for your feedback. We strive to be the very best hosts we can, and your input is a gift. We do, however, disclose in the listing that there are shared spaces, laundry included. The structure outside the master bedroom is the laundry room. It is quite common in these historic districts that there are two homes on one lot. I’m sorry your stay was not to your standard, and I appreciate you letting me know that the AC filter covering had one of the connections undone. It must have been from the last filter change.
