Everything was wonderful!

The place was very clean, the roads in the neighborhood were kept plowed during the storm, and there was plenty of extra stock of things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent! Thank you all again, it was perfect! :)

Clean and well appointed

The owner is thoughtful by providing a dog bed and food dish/water bowl for our dog. Even provided a spare toothbrush in case someone forgot theirs. Simple check in and check out.

Clean and Quiet

We had a nice restful stay. This was our third time to stay here. The house is always clean, the kitchen has what you need to cook or just have a cup of coffee, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is an excellent communicator. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the area.

Great little spot

Ryan the host was very communicative and helpful. This home is in a great spot, near enough to businesses but on a quiet street. The home was clean, and the kitchen fully stocked with needed equipment. The bed could have been more comfortable. Overall a good stay!

Perfect again!

This is my go-to place when visiting family in Fairlea (usually solo trip). This home was immaculate (as always), and everything was just perfect! I always sleep so well when I'm there, its so quiet and peaceful, even though you're literally 1 block from 219. This place is the epitome of comfort and convenience. - when we walked in, my husband walked in he stopped and just said "woah" the living room is so cozy with a great tv, and he was absolutely thrilled with the short drive to my family's place without having to drive through congested Lewisburg traffic. LOVE this place, and Ryan is an awesome host! Thanks again for another wonderful stay!

Great Host, Great Location

The host was awesome and kept us informed up to check-in so we had no worries once arriving. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to plenty of stores and the downtown area of Lewisburg. Also within driving distance to many hiking opportunities and caves. It was perfect for our short 2-night stay. Definitely recommended!

Comfortable home

Had an unexpected trip and we were able to get a place to stay on short notice and the whole process was easy and Ryan was a good host and communication was great.

Traveled for a funeral.

Great host really good communication . Our stay was because of family had lots of guests so we had to find a place to stay on short notice and this place fit the bill and was easy to get and it was very helpful to have a great host.

Second stay still a good choice

This is our second stay at Ryan's place. Just like last time he had great communication. The house is clean and has plenty of things in the kitchen to make the stay easier. The neighborhood is quiet and things are easily accessible. Thanks for having us!

Perfect quiet retreat spot

Was visiting family in Fairlea, and this place was perfect! Ryan though of all the little details to make for a nice stay. Different coffees, well stocked kitchen with all the necessities, and he even had extra toiletries in case you forgot something! The house was very clean, the bedding, comfortable and the living room was just perfect! It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will be booking my next stay there soon!

Good Stay

The place was a little hard to find. It’s hidden in a nice clean little trailer park. Neighborhood was quiet & peaceful considering how close you are to others. It was clean & suited us well for the one night we stayed there. The only negatives I would have to add were that the towels smelled very musty/mildewy but we brought our own towels so that was no big deal & the toilet had a sewage odor that we noticed as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t unbearable but it wasn’t pleasant. We just kept the bathroom door closed. Overall I’d stay there again for a night or two.

Great location to WV State Fairgrounds / Greenbrier

We came in town for a Pygmy Goat Convention at the WV State Fairgrounds and it was only 3 mins away. We also were only 15 mins from the Greenbrier as we took the Vault tour one day. Very clean, straightforward place. All the necessities were supplied and thought of. Easy check-in process and no endless checklist to checkout! Definitely recommend Ryan’s place to anyone coming into the area. Really enjoyed having a washer/dryer after being in the barn all day!

Overall a great little place. Need to fix the shower head so it is not just aimed to the corner of shower. And the double bed mattress needs changed, you know that it is slanted to one side

My friend and I stayed here for a gravel bike race. It was conviently situated close to the race as well as to shops and restaurants. We had a great time

Wonderful place

This location is a hidden little gem. The host was more than accommodating. The price was great. Its located within a 15 min drive to Greenbrier and a few minutes to historic Lewisburg. We would definitely rent it again.
