New construction build completed in Spring 24’ this (4) Bed, (3) full baths and (2) half baths sits on a .5 acre, partially wooded lot located on a private street with (4) other newly built homes in Lakeside. Two block walk to private beach on Lake Michigan (note there are roughly 85 steps down to private beach). Public beach access (no steps) 3 min drive. House sleeps 13 - three king beds, three twin and 1 full in bunk room. There is a pull out queen sofa bed in the upstairs den with TV. All bedrooms (except bunk room) have 55” TV’s. Large screened porch with 70” TV, weather-master window system and ceiling mounted heater for colder nights. Other amenities include upstairs laundry room, gas fire pit, synthetic turf bocce/putting/recreation court, 240V EV charger (tesla), (12) Beach chairs, Lily Pad, wagon, cooler, and beach toys. Two minute drive to Union Pier restaurants, bakery and grocery store; 10 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo. EVERYTHING is brand new. Come stay in this beautiful Lakeside gem!

Great vacation

The owner Todd was very helpful during our stay. The house had everything we needed while we were therem. I would book again and again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The house was very clean, and in a great location. Close to so many Harbor County attractions. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach either. We’ll definitely visit again soon.

Very happy with our stay

Excellent amenities and space for the entire extended family. Lots of gathering spaces and a short walk to a very private beach space. This was a highlight with the beach area itself being free of rocks and lots of sandbar space. Highly recommend this rental for family gatherings.

Wonderful Stay

An amazing house that would be great for a family or couples getaway. Everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. Our kids absolutely loved the bocce court. Fire pit and grill were awesome.

Beautiful house!

We had a really great time here.This house is absolutely amazing.Nice location, super clean and spacious. The host was really nice and reached out a couple of times with some helpful tips and instructions before our arrival. We will definitely try to visit again and highly recommending it to everyone.

Perfect family vacation home

This is a lovely property for family vacations. We had our two daughters and their families. 6 adults and 6 children. The house has everything we needed. It is clean and well organized with beach chairs, toys and a great Lily Pad!! The kids loved the bunk room!! The neighborhood is very quiet, a short walk to the stairs down to the beach. Lots of stairs but not a problem! We loved our vacation home and will be back!!

Father’s Day weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We had three families with young children and they house couldn’t have been more perfect. They house has a wonderful layout and the accommodations were everything we could have wanted plus more! The kids had a blast on the bacci ball court! Thank you Ellen for sharing your beautiful home! Great location & house!

We had a great time! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The house is well laid out & we (incl. kids 4-13) enjoyed the screen porch & bocce ball court. It is well appointed with a lot of little extra conveniences - containers for food leftovers, shampoo, laundry detergent, beach towels, games for rainy days. Even a splash pad! We hope to make this an annual tradition!

Fall with the Family

A great three day weekend stay with our sons and their family. Although it rained, the house had plenty of room for group TV viewing, games and gourmet cooking. We found the home to be stocked with all that we needed for a fun filled family get together. It has a nice layout and everything is essentially brand new. The setting is perfect--the high windows in most of the rooms give such a lovely view of the trees. We couldn't have had a better time.

We had a large group of friends and family staying here, with an age range of 5 years old to 80. Every one of us loved the house. It was super clean, comfortable and spacious. Short walk to the beach, easy 10-minute drive to downtown New Buffalo, less than 45 minutes to Notre Dame. The bocce ball court/putting green was put to good use as well. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We'd highly recommend staying at this property.

Magical !

This brand new property was beautiful, well stocked and perfect for our family! One unique feature was the outdoor bocce ball/ play area that was adjacent to outdoor seating for the adults. The kids played numerous games there while we chatted and played our games. The indoor shared spaces were perfect from screened in back porch to comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Upstairs laundry was a huge plus with kids. The private beach was perfect for all our young kids, sandbar making swimming easy for little ones and beach never crowded. The hundred steps were a challenge so we packed well to limit it to one trip daily. Would love to come back next summer!!!

Wonderful vacation home

We had a perfect time staying here. The grounds are beautiful. What we enjoyed the most was that there were plenty of places for our friends and family to be and we weren’t crowded. There are several nice outdoor spaces, back screened porch, living room and loft area. Everyone had a place to relax. Kitchen is very nice and easy to use. Lots of amenities through out the home. We were very comfortable and relaxed. We really appreciated the extras that made if feel like home. The Lakeside beach access is very nice and not too long of a walk. But I will say the stairs to the beach are … strenuous! But well worth it! This home is a definite gem. We would be very happy to stay again.

Annual Generational Trip even BETTER at this property.

My best friend & I have (almost) 2 year olds that are 3 weeks apart so we bring our babies & mothers to New Buffalo each year for a retreat. Instead of staying in a hotel like we did in the past, we chose to find a home to rent & the house on Lakeside was PERFECT. It’s a family-friendly home but still absolutely gorgeous. Not only are the finishes awesome, the design & furnishings are THOUGHTFUL. Great bed, soft pillows with plenty of bathrooms. Tons of natural light, everything we needed in the kitchen, etc. The outdoor space was great as well, we spent tons of time around the fire out once we put the babies to bed. The property manager & Ellen were super responsive the few times we needed help. Lastly, the access to private beach top it off! Thanks so much & we’ll see y’all next year.

Great house!

Family of 7, plenty of space with the bedrooms and bunk room. We went over Easter weekend for 5 nights and was thrilled that the weather turned out to be so good. The evenings we had a fire going while hanging out. Another perk there is a back glasses in sunroom that had an above heater which was nice. We enjoyed having dinners out there on the bigger table, playing games and just enjoying the outdoors from inside. The beach is walking distance (there are quite a few steps but we all found it to be manageable) so many great towns not far away. Also a grocery store about 2 mins down the road. Exceptional gelato place next to the market that the kids loved. We visited St. Joseph, New Buffalo and Union Pier all a close drive we ate lunches out and came back to grill out in the evenings. The games/puzzles they had were great my boys loved them. Beds are comfortable and each room had their own bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked w/ all the basics and even had some spices that I needed! If you are looking for comfort and totally new this place definitely will provide! Will be back for sure!! The communication is wonderful!

Very Nice House

We enjoyed this house a lot. The outdoor space up front was so great. Very nice front porch to sit and the kids could play on the bocce court even after a lot of rain. Bedrooms were spacious, we even used a small toddler air mattress in one and it was so great that everyone had their own bathroom. Overall house quality was very nice. Still some things that they appear to be finishing but nothing that affected our stay. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook and even Tupperware for storage. Super quick walk to the private beach which was great! In July it had a great sandbar and no rocks! Not very crowded at all. Highly recommend. The house had more than enough quality chairs, beach towels, and even toys! Our kids loved the lily pad as well when we carried it to the beach one day. The only downside is that there is a little road noise as you are close to red arrow and the trains can be quite loud when they go by. Although this is the case with many houses in the area so don’t let it deter you. Every tv I used was a smart tv with easy access to streaming which was great on a rainy day. Board games and a few puzzles also entertained us. I would definitely stay here again.

The home has been designed in a fashion to create several very comfortable places to relax. The upstairs "den" is intended for the kids or simply the den you want to go to to take a break from all the fun. The recreation/bocce court in front can be used for just about anything you can think of in a clean, level 42'x22' outdoor space. Seating for (14) in front patio/entertaining space. This space is made to enjoy as a large group comfortably.
