INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Family Spring Break

High quality condo in a prime location for walking downtown, to the beach, or just relaxing at the pool. Furnishings were perfect for our family of five.

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of amenities. The best part was the location. Being able to sit on our patio poolside and walk over to order breakfast while our teenage daughter slept and not have to worry was amazing. The entire area is lovely and safe, just a sidewalk connection to Rosemary. We used the Winston Lane beach access and chair service. It was only about a five minute very easy walk. We love the Rosemary area and have stayed there for years and this was our grist time at The Pointe on 30A and we would definitely stay again. I will say the best part was having a unit ground level and poolside. Even the pool area was beautiful, never crowded and always well kept. Our little family of three had the best time and highly recommend staying here.

Mold Problem

The unit had a terrible musty smell right when we walked in the door. Found black mold around an outlet and light switch. When we got home all of our clothes smell so bad we had to wash everything, clean or not. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Getaway with my spouse

Overall this property was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, excellent location, wonderful patio and pool/hot tub area. Cooking utensils in excellent condition, bed was comfortable and very quiet area. It was a little difficult getting our bikes because the people that run the bike rental (Vacayzen) did not get back to us for about 24 hours. They did get our bikes to us on the second afternoon. It was a quick 3 minute bike ride to the beach or 5-7 minute walk. One HUGE drawback was the horrible smell. It smelled moldy and musty and needs an air doctor in every room. We are at the airport now and all our clothes smell terrible, even our luggage smells moldy and musty. Very sad to say, but we will not stay here again because of the smell. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Beautiful, Best Location & Clean

Love staying here with our family. Comfortable beds and sofas! Nice equipped kitchen. Walk right out to the pool & easy walk to the beach. Dishwasher needs repair.
