Great location and very nice condo. The setup was great and everything was very clean. The bikes that came with the unit were nice and the beach access was right across the street. Very walkable to everything.

Very convenient, walkable, pool was beautiful, unit was large and well appointed. Room did smell like a previous occupant smoked.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at The Pointe. Location was pretty good, walkable to some nearby shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and check in process was simple.

Great location and beautiful condo!

The location is perfect, the condo is beautiful and the pool and gym were perfect for vacation. It’s super close to the beach, restaurants and the new grocery store.

Was a beautiful property. Our hosts were amazing from time of booking till check out.

We had an amazing time in a very immaculate setting and was convenient to all. Our hosts stayed in touch with us from booking till check out to make sure all our needs were met.

Great getaway!

My husband stayed at this unit for a quick, impromptu getaway and it felt like home! It was decorated very nicely, within walking distance of lots of great restaurants shopping and the beach, and had a great pool and hot tub area. They were easy to communicate with and we loved the area!

Nice apartment near to Rosemary and the beach

We had everything you can wish for during our week in this cosy apartment with two balconies, view to the pool and short walk to the beach. The pool-area is big and the gym was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Perfect Location, Very Spacious!

The master suite is huge, very spacious bathroom area, loved the tub. Was probably the largest I have seen! Very cute and decorated. Free bike rental on property and beach chairs as well, it was perfect. We loved our stay!

Great location!

Short walk to beach. Nice pool. Location was great-walking distance to Rosemary and Shoppes at 30A. Unit was perfect for the two of us. Unit was smaller than appeared in pictures but worked out okay for us.

Great Retreat

We enjoyed this place so much. We had a great experience communicating with the owners from booking, to checking in and out. The location is our favorite on 30A. You are in the mix but no too much and the beach is so close. The bikes provided were an huge bonus. Everything was clean and comfortable and so nice. We loved the pool and workout room. Highly recommend this place!

30A Annual Friends Trip

We always enjoy our time on 30A. This property is such a great location. It’s fine, but could be a little cleaner for the money. Overall I’d recommend.

Family Vacay 2022

Beautiful condo with Top notch finishes. Great location. Five minute walk to the beach. Came with two bikes and two chairs for the beach. Great location to center of Rosemary. Loved!

As Advertised

This unit was exactly as described - close proximity to beach and downtown Rosemary, nice amenities, and well-kept. We would stay there again. There was a minor issue with returning the beach chairs and the customer service was attentive and responsive.

This place is a hidden gem!

I enjoyed everything about this place. It was very beautiful and clean. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were big and spacious. The location is close to shopping and dining. We rode bikes swim at the pool and even relaxed on the balconies! The beach is very close. The host responds back quickly! I can’t wait to book this place again!!
