The property was in close proximity to all the places we were interested in also within walking distance to several different locations for food and entertainment.

We checked in at night, so parking spot was hard to find. Super easy check in and out, and the property was exactly what we expected.

Adorable apartment in downtown Dubuque. Close to Loras college which is what we wanted. Perfect for our family. Comfortable, beautiful old building that's well maintained and deviated nicely. The only downside - thr brewery below played music until 11:30 every night but not too the fault of the VRBO owner. There owner was very responsive and helpful!

Week in Dubuque

Nice 2 bedroom property in town. Above a brewery. Straight shot to the Ice Rink. Lots of stuff in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. Everything you need is there. The communication with owner was quick and easy. Minor issues: Stairs and no dishwasher. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Hello, my name is Ken. I was born in China and moved to the United States in 1997 with very little English but a strong desire to build a better life. I first worked in restaurants in Chicago before moving to Dubuque in 2000, where I worked at Hy-Vee as a cook and later became the Chinese department manager.
In 2003 I began investing in real estate, and in 2008 I left my job to focus on real estate full time. In 2018 I followed my passion for cooking and opened Oolong Asian Cuisine here in Dubuque.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of hosting thousands of guests from around the world and have received over 4,000 guest reviews across my properties. My goal is simple: provide clean, comfortable homes and make every stay easy and enjoyable.
