This gorgeous penthouse condo offers everything you could possibly want! Located on the 28th floor with the most amazing views from your 30-foot balcony you can really take it all in.
With floor to ceiling sliding glass in the living room and master bedroom you will enjoy unbelievable sunsets of the world's most beautiful emerald beaches.
Our location can't be beat! Tidewater is walking distance to Pier Park which offers over a million sq. feet of shopping, restaurants, rides, movie theaters, concerts etc. What a perfect excuse to take a 5 minute walk down the beach! The pier is also a great place to do a little fishing.

Our Condo is professionally decorated. The huge master bedroom features a king size bed, beautiful furnishings and a flat screen TV. The master bath is elegantly appointed as well. The living room is very spacious with a very comfortable sectional sofa, an accent chair, coffee table, end tables, entertainment center with 55 inch flat screen TV. There is an upscale dinette table for 4 and 3 comfortable bar stools as well. The kitchen features travertine tile floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer and all utensils, cookware etc.

The second bedroom is a private bunk room has a safari theme which is appealing to the kids and adults and has it's very own full bathroom and a washer and dryer.

The 30 foot balcony is appointed with 2 sets of tables and cushioned chairs as well as a cushioned lounge chair.

There is a Registration Fee of $35 to be payed.This is a one time fee and covers everyone in your party.

They will issue you a parking pass (or passes) and wrist bands for everyone in your party. The Security Team at Tidewater does an excellent job and by following the Condo Rules it helps to further assure you that you will have a safe vacation at Tidewater. This payment may also be made in advance. When you receive your welcome email we will provide you with a link to prepay and register, this will save you time at check-in.

First time in PCB & Birthday trip

This was my and my husbands first time visiting Panama City Beach. I have been looking at this area for a long time and my husband said let’s go for my birthday! We absolutely fell in love with the area. We went to a few local bars/restaurants and the locals and visitors were all so friendly. Our kind of town. We loved the area so much we already went to look for a condo 😊. The owner Aundrea was a perfect host. She answered every question we had quickly and was so sweet and kind. The condo was picture perfect. Exactly as the pictures showed but even better. The balcony was our favorite spot in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. All the marine life you can see from that balcony is absolutely amazing. We would have never dreamed we would see all the dolphins and stingray and turtles and horseshoe crabs from the balcony and this was in rainy dreary weather. Can’t imagine what all you can see when the sun is out! Check in and out was so easy. Everyone who worked at the condo was so nice and happy and helpful. Parking was easy and we got our big truck in no problem. There are plenty of carts to take your stuff to the condo and they will let you use more than 1 if needed. We can’t say enough good things about this place or the owner except just press the book it now button because you will be glad you did. Thank you for opening your home to us Aundrea. We had a wonderful time and will be back to PCB 💕 Heather & Mike

Great family vacation spot

The room is even more beautiful than the pictures, with the best views we’ve ever had on a vacation. We loved getting to see the wildlife from our balcony we saw sharks, stingrays, dolphins. The whole facility was amazing and clean with helpful and friendly staff. The owners were amazing and answered any questions we had leading up to the trip. We loved the place and would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

This listing was amazing! Right near our Jeep events, beautiful views, no noise, lots of privacy! Beds were comfy, clean and the photos are exactly how it looks PLUS a washer/dryer in the unit. Spot on will book again with these owners for sure! Thank you!!!

Sunshine and Comfort

The Tidewaters Beach Resort was a great place to stay! Beach front made for perfect sunsets over the water. Clear waters and soft beaches. This unit was perfect for my husband and I. It had a set of bunks in the second room, we didn’t need them but would be suffice for smaller children. Very quiet with just about anything you might need to cook a meal.

Great place

Everything was great! Absolutely no issues we had a great time! Love that we got two beach chairs but remember to bring chairs of your own if you plan of staying at the beach after 5. If I would have found a broom I would have swept up sand but over all great place and the ice maker was full and worked!! That’s a great feature to have!

Great family vacation

The room was definitely a good a the listing said it was going to be, but the down side was the elevators at the property. The wait times were crazy long sometimes 30 to 45 minutes to get onto an elevator and then the elevators would randomly stop on every other floor with no one there.

Nice Place

Clean. Had everything I needed for a quick beach stay. Elevators handled the size of the pace. Never waited more than a couple of minutes. Beach chair rental was included and that’s nice.

We had a great time just relaxing, listening to the waves and the chitter chatter from the beach patrons. Wasn't a fan of being on a higher floor, but git used to it. I wish we could go back there every month.

Great Anniversary week at the Beach

Fantastic week and great condo. Super comfortable bed and fast elevators. Also, on another note the parking deck is actually high enough to get my lifted truck in without hitting the top. I had an inch to spare. Thank you for such a nice condo.

28th floor spectacular sunsets

This being our first VRBO experience, we were a little nervous. The rooms were just as portrayed in the photos. The rooms were clean and the place felt clean. The owners would respond quickly, when questions were asked (text and email). In fact a couple days before we were to leave, they called us to see if we had any questions. The check in was easy (youhave to pay a registration fee of $35 before you arrive). We were there for 2 weeks in January 2023, so we were there in off season, which is what we prefer. We did not have the issue with getting the elevators, as was noted in previous reviews during high season. Also had no problem with getting a luggage cart or finding a parking place in the garage. The sunsets (if weather cooperates) are spectacular from the balcony. Of course the Gulf is also beautiful. One place we visited twice was a Park named Camp Helen. It is beautiful place to take a packed lunch and enjoy the beach with it’s beautiful white sand and had fun looking for shells.

We are Jim & Aundrea Sparks. We live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We own a restaurant called Home Plate Cafe located just outside the main gate of Hot Springs Village which is the largest gated community in the U.S. We love to travel, cruise, go boating and camping on beautiful Lake Ouchita and we love concerts. Our favorite group is Train. We have a daughter named Jayla. She likes to sing, play soccer and she loves animals.

We chose Tidewater Resort for many reasons. First of all, the location can't be beat. Not only is it walking distance to Pier Park which is where everyone wants to go during their visit to Panama City Beach, it is also less than a mile from Gulf World Marine Park, another huge attraction. It also happens to be the very first oceanfront condo you get to from the airport which means if you fly in you will literally be on the beach in 15 minutes. the amenities at Tidewater are also the best. 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, several 15 person Roman spas, saunas, 2 arcade rooms, a restaurant, coffee & ice cream shop, a tiki bar, a movie theatre, free wireless Internet, covered parking, 24 hour security, enough said!
