A captain's dream, and outdoor paradise awaits! Walk to beach, or enjoy your very own private pool!
3 bedroom,1 bathroom near beach home, only1 block to nearest beach access path. This sunny and charming beach home boasts beautiful wood flooring through the living and dining spaces. The shared full bathroom has been updated with tile and an enclosed glass shower, and the kitchen hosts new stainless appliances, and quartz countertops. A large dining area is surrounded by windows (no blinds or coverings), offering plenty of warmth and sunlight through the day. The two queen bedrooms are spacious and a perfect fit for two adult couples. The third bedroom hosts a bunk bed and trundle bed, which can hold up to four children.
Outside, guests will love the backyard oasis -perfect for lounging along the pool deck, or cooling off within the large in-ground pool. The elevated entry deck comes equipped with a gas grill.
Wi-Fi and Linens Included. Washer and dryer are located in garage stall (not accessible from interior of home, please plan to carry any laundry outside up and down stairs). No smoking, No pets. Garage not available for parking, but does offer a foosball table-perfect for a rainy day.
