This is a great oceanfront location with easy, walkable access to the pier and restaurants. The beach front is fantastic and nearby rental companies offer chairs and umbrellas to make the beach experience even better. This is a great place with a full kitchen, full size laundry appliances, and enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate a family or group. This was our first visit to Folly Beach and we loved it.

Second year renting for a long weekend. Location is perfect to walk everywhere. Condo is nice and balcony and pool are bonuses

this is our third time staying at these condos. love how close you are to the beach when you sit on your balcony. the accessibility to the beach access is wonderful. always appreciate loggerheads being right across the street for the first evening dining. great condo great location and made some great memories

Great condo and perfect location!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the location. It is right across the street from Loggerheads which had good food and live music. We found the condo to be very clean and well-stocked.

Check in was easy. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and more in the kitchen. The balcony had plenty of furniture for all of us to sit and people watch.

Clean home, good location, enjoyable stay.

I loved being right by the beach. It's a great porch to hang out on. The beach itself is perfect for a family as the waves are small. It's a good surfing beach.
