Went on a girls trip. The condo had awesome views of the beach from the two balconies. Prime location to the main street - walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

The location couldn't be more perfect. Across the street from Rita's and blocks from resturants and stores. The view is to die for with waking up to the ocean view and hearing the water outside your bedroom

The location for Neptune Beach is perfect. This was our first trip to Folly Beach and we would go back for sure. Check in was easy. Everything worked. Great trip!

Great Family Vacation

One of the best vacations we have ever had! We loved the location of the condo; directly on the beach but within walking distance to so many great restaurants, exceptionally clean, great ocean views and worry-free parking. The beach was large enough so that we never felt crowded. Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out process. We will definitely return.

Great place to enjoy the beach

My family and I enjoyed our time at Folly Beach. Dunes Properties made it easy for us to reserve, check in and check out. Our condo had a fantastic view of the ocean/beach and our stay was very comfortable.

Girls Trip 2025

Very nice villa with great view! Very clean and accommodating. We had a great time and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent again

Stunning views and easy access

We stayed here for Spring Break and even though the weather was terrible the condo was beautiful, the views were AMAZING! and it was walking distance to so many things, it was a fabulous trip!! Will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The view from the condo was the best part. I would stay here again. The only complaint would be only having two key fobs for two families to share, but that would be it.

Folly beach location

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The televisions were not working upon arrival and it took a few calls to get someone, but the guy who showed up was very helpful and restored service quickly. The location was perfect - right in the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was comfortable and we would book this condo again.
