Across the street from beautiful Sunset Beach

Short walk to Sunset Beach. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps up to 4, 2 Adults and 2 children or 3 Adults
Completely updated with all new furnishings, this one bedroom condo with a view of the Gulf from your living room window won't disappoint. New stainless steel kitchen with full size fridge and stove. The sofa makes into a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. There are flat screen tv's in both the living room and bedroom, Wifi access is free. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. Just steps from the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and wagon are furnished for your convenience. Just bring your flip flops and enjoy this great condo and great beach community. Short drive to famous John's Pass, downtown St. Petersburg with all it has to offer and lots of restaurants and bars. Laundry room is available on premise as is a picnic area with grills. Also furnished are all bed linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board in unit. Discounts available for one month or longer stay. Guest parking pass required and furnished, $100.00 cost if lost.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have actual beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrella! The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed including a crock pot and blender. The AC worked beautifully. The bed was comfortable but is memory foam so retains heat! Shower was fantastic. We did have a very noisy upstairs renter but no fault of the owner. Could use another non-stick pan for cooking. I would rent again for the location, the communicative owner and the comfort of the unit.

Great condo on Sunset Beach

Everything about our stay was phenomenal! Stuart and Nathan are great hosts! They have everything that you would need for a great beach vacation. The only thing that you need to bring is your toothbrush. Stuart was great with communicating with how to access the unit and was always available for questions. The condo itself is amazing. Everything is 1st class. The location is superb. Close enough to restaurants and bars, yet far enough away to enjoy quiet times. The beach and pool are right across the street! You will love this condo and location.

Christmas at Sunset Beach

The absolute best location, beach right across the street, Caddys and KaTiki (live music bar) in walking distance. The place was perfect and the hosts were even better! Comfortable bed and sheets, everything you would need for a day at the beach and some things you wouldn't think to grab, the condo had it. Had a plumbing issue in building and although we were hardly inconvenienced, the hosts bent over backwards to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible and that we were happy. I HIGHLY recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this condo. So clean and has everything you could ever need. Stewart is so quick to reply with any questions or to simply give a heads up. Just across the street to the beach. Very convenient. I will most definitely be staying there again. Thank you Stewart!

Above and beyond expectations

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and upon arrival we had welcome gift and note waiting for us. The location is perfect (literally steps from the beach), and the beach itself wasn't crowded at all. The living space was clean, well maintained and updated, and they had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would HIGHLY recommend, and look forward to coming back!
